Thank you Ron ! ...after many yrs of training in gyms/home + bench press contests, I had injured my delts but did recover thru methods like you have shown. However, after seeing you explain it simply + direct I finally understand shoulder placement and why it got injured. I am now making great progress at 53 yrs and may even enter an over 50 bench press contest thanks to your advice and very helpfull hints. Plus...oh yes , I really enjoyed your explaining of the tissue/restistance/rebuild process in just a few words because it helped me explain to my son just how muscle building occurs !
Again- thank you sir for always posting and sharing your knowledge with fellow ironheads ! ..also I am buying myself a chestmaster for my birthday.

Dear Sir Ron Williams your videos motivated me and make my body better and stronger.Thing that I was 1.79 15 years old and I weight about 56 to 58 kg.Also I had to hear a lot of people's comments about my self like you are too skinny and underweight for your age.I decide to make a change. It was difficult because the very best that I could lift was 3.5 kg at my one arm. I was very disappointed with my self and I was to tired to do anything else. One day I accidentally see a video of yours about biceps and I thing about "why I stop here I can do much more for my self ".Day to day I to 10 repetitions more or I find new tricks to take more from my workout "your previous video".Today I am 1 82 cm and I am 64 to 65 kg and I feel great about it because I see result of my hard work.I write this to you to say thank you for your videos and keep this great way of teaching us.
    God bless you Ron!

Yup, I remember I focused so much on push ups that I wanted a big chest or upper chest that I never realized my inner Chest is very developed. My legs litterly are separated, you can see a thick line separation like seriously it's crazy! I never had that my chest would always be together. I also did A LOT OF Cable curls and mean a lot, I would stretch change weights and always pushed to 20reps. Just that excerise alone I would do like twenty sets or more (no joke).
Another thing, you give the illusion that your chest is Pro status just by working your inner chest. Chest is favorite now.

Jean-Baptiste Lamarck “The needs develop the organs”
Ron Williams “The need, develops the machine, that develops the organ”
Its clear that you have been long time researching to increase you inner chest ^_^
Thanks for the teachings, I'm not so fan of the super congestive effect for some muscles because y like to build more in a slim “athletic/calisthenics” shape, but I'll test for the inner and upper chest your super squeezing technique at the end of the movement.
Thanks again, I have already seen like 12 of your videos in 2 dais, I have experience in the gym, I know people in competition and know that you say is true.
I probably will ask you some questions in the future, just curiosity abut the competition level, for example:
They told me about a guy that at the end of the competition was crazy about eating strawberries father the time he needed to dry (eating a full box with leafs and all just after the competition). This was a Spanish national competition level, I would like to know whats the experience at your level, I suppose you missed the grapes in this time.
Hope is not to personal question.
    Best regards.

I like your iron chest master concept, which allows for lateral tension at the top of a pushup/press motion. Is the lateral band resistance adjustable? I'm interested because a typical fly machine uses large diameter pulleys at the final/working axis of rotation, which keeps the tension (torque on the fly arm) constant through the full range of motion (ROM). This allows for constant tension through the ROM while using a fully adjustable stack of weights, which is very nice for strength progression. Is there a major advantage to the iron CM that I'm missing, other than the ability to use it at home?

hey ron, thankyou really really much for all the information, time and energy you've put in the video! I was looking for this for months. I learn a lot from inspirational bodybuilders like you and Mike Chang. I think the iron chest master is also a good solution for me, so I'll buy it soon!
If you're ever going to make a video again and you have no idea about what, I think you really help a lot of people (include me) if you talk about how to build the abdominals. So how many sets/reps/rest, which exercises to do/not to do etc.
    Thanks again, Tom.

hi ron do dumbell flies build inner chest...suppose you dont have the iron chest master in your gym...thanks

    • @ReivasMC
      @ReivasMC 8 ปีที่แล้ว

they actually build almost none, they create some lateral tension but it's nothing compared to the press tension
if you want to build inner chest forget what he said and use the cable machine, but instead of turning your back to it, turn around and let the origin of the cable be a bit ahead of you, then you can force your hands together and get that lateral tension.
although someone probably invented this one before me, nobody taught it to me, it just made sense phisiologicaly speaking and I had great results. you're welcome ;)

The Iron Chest Master is not easily breakable -- I have been using mine several times a week for more than 3 years now. And the resistance is adjustable and can accommodate most any fitness level -- it has been used by some of the top NFL players, the 19 Special Forces Division in the military, and some of the top fitness trainers in the country.

The pectoralis major has only two heads which are the clavicular head ( the upper chest) and the sternalcostal head( the lower chest). The problem may be he is bringing the triceps more into his chest exercises due to the narrow grips when he is doing chess pressing exercises. A wider grips will increase the acts of the two chest heads. There is not such thing as the inner chest muscle.

Interesting. Now, I wish we could purchase the product itself, not bundled, as the online shop forces you to.
Or even better. Allow us to custom our own bundle online.
We're used to that possibility in Europe as well as a converter for currencies (including shipping).
Think about it. Your website is appealling already but maybe people are still hesitant like me. You could really grow your sales by applying these adjustments.
I wish you the best. Harvey.

If you want that cheap elastic band contraption to work lose the rubber bands and bend the gizmo in the middle making an upside down V. You'll need a brace to keep it from collapsing and a much wider foot print.

Hey Ron thx for the tips I didnt khow about the resistance from the side Im gonna definitely focus on that now... I want your opinion on sonething plz: when ur doing a lot of reps with 6 or 7 exercises of chest are we suppose to do them back to back? or can I do my 6 reps of bench then go doing 1 exercise of biceps then come back with chest again with dumbells flys and alternate the muscles... Im asking this cuz I get tired and I cant do all the exercises that Im suposed to do to build all parts of the muscles. So it is more benefits to get use to that stress back to back on the muscle or I can get the same results with alternate with another muscle group so it gives a little rest then Im able to continue a longer session with more exercises and more reps? Thanx a lot and continue your good work brother

+Amine Chakir It's very important that you focus on the bigger muscles first in your workout routine. The smaller muscles are taxed faster, so if you exercise them either first or simultaneously you will limit the amount of weight you can lift while working the bigger muscles. Also, work your push muscle groups together (Pecs, Delts, Triceps) on the same day. Thanks and God Bless!

How to explode the inner chest? That's very simple. 1.) approach an alien egg, 2.) allow a facehugger to jump from the egg and attach to your face. 3.) incubate the facehugger's larvae inside your chest for 24 hours. 4.) Voila, your inner chest is exploded!
