I case of 6(a) the transferee knew the property that the transferor only has a chance if succeeding while in section 43 the transfer is fraudulent or erraneous and transferee has no idea that the transferor has no right on property on the day of transfer. In 6(a) only chance of succeeding right is transferred
What if the widow sold the property to jumma masjid, took consideration? Then both jumma masjid and kmd would have the same right to property right? Because they both gave consideration, then who would get priority?
Sir if seller wants to sell property in 1 crore and received 70 lacks but than time has been expired and 3 year complete the payment than what happened, how much money of buyer is seized ?
