I totally agree with Isabel. You don’t go into a wedding store and decide on the first outfit you try on when clearly there are a plethora of other gowns to see. Never make a quick decision without trying out more options.
I was re a lly shocked that with the first couple of the groom went out and bought his own outfit without consulting the bride. No discussion no asking her the color she was wanting to go with, no asking her to go with him, NOTHING…. I do not want to call names or put a label on it but having come from a large family and seen a lot of weddings and a lot of different cultural type of weddings I want to almost say this was so narcissistic of him but I won’t because what this worries me is further down the road then just the wedding. What is her life going to be like with him. That is my bigger concern what consideration Will he even give her in the future on major issues, if any. I am very worried how this relationship will turn out and I think many of us know exactly what it will be and that is not what I think she’s expecting but many of the Hindu marriages or a man telling a woman what to do and there is no control other than for a man to say to a woman what she will wear and but she will do and I’m w going to say anything more except Er wish
Cont’d…… I apologize my neuropathy fingers accidentally caused my fingers to hit the wrong button but I do want to finish what I was saying. I do want to wish this couple of the very best because I have no right to wish him ill well. I just want to say to this bride that should things not work out the way she wants that she hopefully will reach out for help and not do as I did and many other women do and feel as if you were ashamed and trapped and stay for many many years of abuse. To the bride who brought her husband to be and her friend and on the very first down she tried on, both the groom and the bride fell in love with the dress and said they were happy with it… They were trying to purchase a dress around $1500 for a beach wedding after deciding the dress that the grooms mother had purchased wasn’t quite appropriate for the beach wedding. Both of the bride and groom truly loved the dress and we’re willing to buy it and be done but this so-called best friend sabotaged the appointment & Insisted that the bride Try on more gowns and acted as if the bride REALLY DID NOT KNOW HER OWN MIND!!! Who needs any friends if they’re going to act like this girl dead!!!!I honestly do not understand why some people bring the people they do, to these bridal appointments❣️❣️ as it turned out, and they went through the rigmarole of trying on more outfits, they went back to the original gown she had tried on and selected it is he Siri said after the first dress….“I love it! It’s perfect! You look so beautiful! I’m ready to marry you now♥️♥️♥️♥️” Let’s get out of here….And a friend instead of just keeping her mouth a
….,(Continued last bride who had nosy friend…😂).. When the groom finally said that he was very happy with the red floral gown to go along with his green grooms outfit
Continued… And I’m sorry my cancer has caused me to have very acute neuropathy and I should’ve just done Friday but I want to make this point. The friend had already caused him to spend a lot of time unnecessarily trying on gowns when they were very happy with the first dress the bride trade on and when they finally went back, after trying all those other gowns on, to the first gown and He said “this is still the Gown we want to buy.” He tells the bride “ you look SO beautiful❣️❣️ I would marry You today… You look so gorgeous and I can’t wait till the day you walk down the aisle towards me to become my wife. Let’s get out of here.”❣️❣️ And that friend can’t leave it alone & finally stay out of things, but no she has to stick her nose in it again and says to the bride that well I’m not sure she always knows her own mind and can make the best decisions and goes on and on about wasn’t it worth it to try all of these other dresses on to be sure you get the right one and so on and so forth. I don’t think I would have her as a friend anymore when she sabotage you and makes you sound like you’re a blonde flake and I’m capable of making a decision without her. You don’t need a friend like that. They are insecure and want to make you look bad so they can feel better about themselves.!! These brides were beautiful and all of them knew what they wanted when they came in the store and they found it… Even if they didn’t get to buy it.a(Referring to the bride whose groom forced her to buy a different color to match him. Never in my entire life in the hundreds of thousands of weddings I have seen or been at has a Groom ever got to choose the color scheme of the wedding. I know this did not go over well with the people that saw this. Anyway I think you for your TH-cam videos; I think you for the quality of Your Navaranna Businesss; & I love the beautiful gowns you have in your shop and all of the craftsmanship goes into making each gorgeous gown so beautifully in the custom artistry with all of their stitching and Gems & Jewels Perfectly Placed😊♥️♥️❣️
I don't see what is wrong with trying on another few dresses to make sure the one you love is still the one you love. On any wedding dress show you often find the woman thinking the first is perfect, to realise a few dresses in that something else is more perfect. If you book an appointment to find the perfect dress, it doesn't hurt to make sure you have chosen right! I think everyone else was very rude about the bridesmaid.
I love Nazranaa Diaries but this seems overly scripted, and they were so rude / mean to Isabel for no reason. It felt like she was made the 'enemy' for the sake of drama. I enjoyed the old episodes where the issues felt more natural and realistic.
This is now a scripted show ala Say Yes to the Dress. The producers think it will get better ratings. What you see in most every show: first the very awkward introductions, next, the presented dresses go from worst to best, a drama moment ensues whether the mom says no, it’s too low cut, it’s not a traditional color, Our brides always wear a sari, etc. or the bridesmaid creates dissension, etc. In this case the groom gets obnoxious per the script, Then the Perfect Outfit is found and there is Happiness all around. After the Perfect Outfit is admired and gushed over, the trademark “Are you ready to be a Nazranaa Bride” question is asked, just to make sure we know who is making the video. Last is a mandatory hug followed by the recap.
A guy should never just buy his own outfit before the bride picks a dress. That was thoughtless of him. The first dress is the prettiest for her I thought.
He never said no to the first dress. Traditionally in Indian culture in most families, groom pays for the bride's outfit and grooms outfit is secret where he comes and walks down the aisle as he's welcomed. Everyone gathers to see what everyone else is wearing in baraat. So, it makes absolute sense he bought his And he was ok with not matching and letting her pick the red dress. Turns out she did ❤️ the 2nd lehenga more. And look at the end. They look stunning. His sherwani is everything! Literally everyone wears a cream one! How boring. His outfit and as ❤️by his whole family. He has bought literally everything matching with it. There was no way it was practical for him to change everything!
Why? Its his marriage too. The main point is both of them to be happy. If the bride like the red outfit she should get that one rather than thinking matching the colour .
Sounds so scripted...tht expert lady is just focused on hurrying up to finalize a sale....shes got so many outfits...whts her problem and why does she keep talking abt isabelle tht way...shes a guest on ur show woman for crying out loud
Sahara One Guess what, it’s the internet Sarah can say whatever the hell she wants. Once someone puts their show on TH-cam for the world to see they are opening up criticism. I didn’t like the way Shia talked about Isabelle either, it was uncalled for. Isabelle just wants to see what looks good and doesn’t want her friend to have any regrets.
I miss the old set up. There was so much color and the show felt like it had so much life but now everything feels so washed out snd lifeless. Everything feels so rehearsed and nothing feels real. (Edit) It also feels like they took the focus off what the bride wants and instead forces the brides to choose dresses quickly. I feel sorry for the way they were treated and forced to compromise on their special day.
Kiana Kosack probably right but still doesn’t explain the lack of color, personality and overall lack of care for the bride shown in these new episodes. And it’s even weirder when you think that if they edit so much out that these were the best takes 🤷🏻♀️
I dont like how she talked about Isabella to the extent of saying she's not hindu, i mean really??? Was that neccessary??? To me, she crossed a line. All because Isabel was simply sharing her genuine opinions(i mean the bride chose her to bring her along for a reason💁) N i dont get what all the fuss is about, i mean there's no harm in trying other pieces.. I feel like the deaigner at times has a tendency of forcing her idea on the clients or rather she doesn't easily align with what they want. Give the customer what they want, get paid fullstop! It's okay to share ur opinion as a designer but if that's not what they want, don't force it...
Ok Shia I get that Isabella doesn’t know much about Indian traditions but as someone who as Indian myself, when it comes to strictly fashion, the background knowledge of culture/tradition doesn’t really matter especially if there’s so many hand selected Indian wedding outfits in the store. I can tell that Isabella has an eye for what looks good. I personally didn’t like Deb’s outfit but as long as Deb likes it that’s what matters.
Minimus Mouse honestly one thing I like about us Indian (either from North America or Asia) folk is how everyone bands together when they feel like someone is being rude or unfairly treated. It’s really wholesome and makes me proud to be a part of this community haha
The first guy was so wrong to pick out his outfit without her. He knew what he was doing...He wants to control her. If I had been her, I would have run in the opposite direction. He will never compromise. Everything will always have to be his way. She will probably have a very unhappy life with him.
Isabel was smart to say try more, you never know. Its better to try more knowing that you found the perfect outfit rather than regretting your choice of picking the first outfit you tried on and not seeing if there was anything better.
I just watched the first episode. After buying my wedding dress on Nazraana I was looking forward to this...and got really really surprised on Shia’s comment at the end of the episode about Isabelle not being Indian and not understanding a thing about Indian clothes. Wowwww just wowww First of all I agree when people say this seems a lot like it’s rehearsed. It does seem that way. Second I also thought “why is the bride changing her outfit just because he already had a sherwani?” The same thing happened to me. My husband bought a different color because his mom insisted and then I had to look for a new dress and he wouldn’t agree on the budget...so I know how she felt. But nonetheless I think she looked amazing. So it was a right choice at the end. I didn’t like the comment about the designer saying Isabelle is not Indian so she doesn’t understand. Let me say I bought my dress at Nazraana because I looked up some reviews online and went to the store. I did love every dress and the way they treated us. They were fast and perfect. Nothing to complain about their service. That remark tho doesn’t look good. I am not Indian. I have no clue about Indian weddings or habits. I didn’t even know what a duppatta was...but I deserve to be treated just like any other customer, if I’m leaving my money on your store. They were nice to me, can’t complain. I just think these kind of remarks don’t look good on the store. Looking forward to watch the next episodes.
Amen girl! Her comments about the "bridesmaid" is totally unprofessional and plain rude. If she's clearly clueless then teach and patiently show here, since you're the expert.😶😶😶
Yes i agree with you about the isabel matter but not the groom matter.its his wedding too.he didn’t say no to her red dress.why he has to compromise for her???why she needs to match the dresses??of he didn’t bought it than I could understand but he bought it already.its nit cheap either.the way that bride react not cool at all.also shea acted relly unprofessionally on the 2nd one.
I would be telling these busybodies where to get off in the choicest Australian I could muster if it was me o yes this stuff goes on at Australian weddings too I know one girl had to change the actual place where the wedding was held to some old “ dear “ who couldn’t travel that far then she went all the way for the reception so what was her problem.??
I'm African American but I think that these women make the most beautiful brides I literally just found this channel yesterday and I've been binge watching every since 💘💗💕
I’m also Black American. I feel that perhaps 🤔 if I was younger, I would have gone to this store and purchase a lengths. I feel that h th get are done glorious
Yeah isabelle is so sweet. I would love to have her as a friend. So what if she isn't Indian. She is right since they are spending money what's wrong in looking at more dresses🤷♀️ The bride only tried 1 dress on. Shia just wanted the appointment to be over
Somethings are a done deal! Did you ever think that his family had picked out his outfit and he was also under a lot of stress to wear it too! I've seen women on this show suck it up to their families a lot while the men sit there having to go along with whatever the parents said. Now, a woman has to go by the wishes of her husband. She didn't get everything she wanted, but there was a compromise! Groom probably even put a bit of $$ toward the purchase!
@@funkyfiss Actually, I think the bride and groom should have the only say, but that's me! I've watched this show for one year and it's filled with manipulative family members making the bride and at times the groom miserable! There is no joy sitting watching family members berate the bride and groom because they feel their needs and wants should come before the couple! Not only that, the comment section on EVERY video is filled with hate towards the shopkeeper and her products! It's terrible and gives outsiders the impression that Indian people hate themselves!
I have been waiting for these episodes forever and now that the first episode is finally here, I am so disappointed. Everything is scripted and looks so fake. If you are going to get your customers to act, at least make sure it is done properly. This is pathetic! Also, Shia totally rubbed me off the wrong way when she spoke about Isabelle like that - it was downright rude. It doesn’t matter if Isabelle is Indian or not. She is entitled to expressing her opinions.
I think everyone has summed up how scripted the show is, especially with that Christmas argument. However I don’t think it was necessary at all to include the rudeness displayed towards Isabel. I mean, maybe she doesn’t know much about Indian clothes but she had the best interests at heart for her friend. Most brides try multiple dresses before choosing one because there always might be something better, and why would you want to regret a decision later on. The groom was also increasingly annoying regarding how similar the dress was, despite the fact that they mentioned they wanted a similar one in another colour. Moral of the story: Tell your mother- in- law to take you along when she’s buying YOUR wedding outfit.
WTF the owner is soo rude. They only try on 3 dresses? i tried on 10+ dresses before i made a decision. The owner was trying to rush them out and how is she going to say SHE DISAGREES? the owners opinion does NOT matter its all up to the bride and her family to decide.
Don’t introduce them right away, you should show the boutique/store around first and have the clients introduce them, then cut to their story. Also make the background backdrop more colorful (in the ITMs). It feels too scripted. The old setup was way better this sucks
First off the sales girl really seems so rude, in every episode even on tv. And I hate how washed out everything is now. The filming style sucks. The original episodes were so much better. Please bring that style back.
I was very excited for the new season but it is disappointing to see that it looks all scripted! The old episodes were better for sure. Also, isabella might 'not be indian' but she was actually the only sensible one talking among you guys for not hogging up on first dress itself but yeah if she was 'scripted' to be the villan, then that's other thing!
@@IntellectualCuriosity Yeah! I googled up as well to confirm! She is the co-owner, Shivangi Gupta! Only the heavens know how she had a sudden name change 😂
Please don’t try to be a Say Yes to the Dress show because you will lose viewers. This is so staged and fake and everyone looks awkward and unnatural. I fell in Love because it was so raw and honest. Sad to see you get sucked into the generic format that so many reality shows now follow. I highly doubt a woman would be confronting her fiancé as she is in this episode in front of strangers while being filmed. Definitely can’t stand where they now react or explain things because obviously we’re to stupid to understand what is going on. You don’t need phony drama and lose dressing all in black. Stop acting and using scripted dialogue. Why on earth do you want to follow the script of Say Yes to the Dress especially since they have gotten so fake and scripted. The changes are HORRIBLE. Seriously unsubscribing if this doesn’t stop.
Meiralora Duncan Why wouldn’t a woman confronther fiance? He did something horrible, this day is about how the bride looks, not the groom and now she had to wear a different colour, because of him.
I was never going to say anything about you "Shia", but you were really mean to Isabel. Just because she is NOT an Indian, it does not mean that she doesn't understand Indian culture. Also like someone else pointed out, all you need is an eye for fashion/detail/style. Please do not pull the different culture card on anyone, thats just a low blow.
@@gracia.246 But Isabella was simply sharing her genuine opinions, i mean the bride brought her along for a reason... N pulling the 'not indian' was just extra much or simply rude n offensive. I bet she was offended and her feelings were hurt when she watched that part.
Kinda agree with Rucha that Amit should've waited and picked outfits together. However, I LOVE that lehenga that she picked. SO much better than the red one. So win win!
Ok watching the end I will say Ruchi looked stunning in her wedding dress but I wish she still picked what she really wanted which I could tell was the red dress Edit: never mind we all fell for the scripted, fake editing. Apparently they got married March 2018 and the store was shut down in Nov 2018 for filming. And the third white dress that she “picked” she already got married in. Meaning all of the drama was fake, and she likely wanted to wear white from the beginning. I’m a bit annoyed that they had to drum up fake drama, but I will still watch the rest of the season. I do hope if there’s a second season that they revert back to the old format of the older episodes from 3 years ago and take our feedback. Shivangi we aren’t trying to spread hate we just want your show to succeed.
OMG YESSSSS! FINALLY! SO EXCITED! Edit: it seemed very... scripted... prefered the old style where it was more natural. Loved the closing scene though - such a beautiful wedding 😍
The drama feels so forced and causes the show to lose the joy that shows like say yes to the dress have. Like the first bride not being able to wear red broke my heart. As a gujrati girl you grow up dreaming of your red dress. It’s like telling an american bride she can’t wear white.
Why is shivangi now “Shia” being so rude to Isabella like I get she’s not Indian but she definitely has a point because just trying on 3 outfits isn’t enough! She needed time to explore more and pick an outfit herself rather than Shia just picking 3 random bland looking lenghas
Shop owner(designer) was so judgemental in the second part especially her comments about Isabella sounded rude and she is in a way trying to convince the bride to choose from less options. I too agree on this episode looks to be scripted.
Okay, the arguments are clearly scripted. Nobody speaks on camera like this. The first few episodes were liked by everyone cos they were genuine, this is really a letdown.
The store was closed in November 2018 for the shooting of these episodes, but Amit and Rucha actually got married in March 2018. That entire storyline was made up for the show and rehearsed. You can even see that her dress fit perfectly (because it was her wedding dress way before the shooting) Deb got married in early December 2018, so unless she picked out her dress 2 weeks before her actually wedding day, that was also made up.
So excited to finally watch this! As far as the first couple goes, I disagree with Rucha when she said “I’m the bride, I think I should get to wear what I want more than you.” It’s a wedding for the *both* of you, not just one of you. Both of your wishes should matter. It was inconsiderate for him to buy his outfit without your input, but to place yourself above him isn’t fair. As for the second couple, Neal was rude towards Isabel, period. Trying other dresses isn't a bad thing.
Isabel was very sweet...i don't know what was the problem with the sales lady and the groom....girl if a guy doesn't respect your friend ditch him not a good choice he is
please do longer and more shots of the dresses, especially full length and close ups, that's what we're here for, the beautiful outfits, please do more shots of them
They’re broadcast on colors TV now so I guess that’s where the drama came from. But yeah this took all the fun out of it. They tried to make this like “say yes to the dress” but it’s not quite there
OK you the owner was really rude and kind of sounded racist so what if she doesn't know about Indian culture she was trying to give her opinion. Everyone has different choices they don't have to specifically like yours. Choices should be respected. Period
Amit DID NOT buy his outfit before the bride. No Indian groom ever does that! I think the bride bought hers first and then they did that whole segment just for a bit of drama and views. Also, you can tell that he matched his outfit to her dupatta, which was obviously done after she had chosen it.
His words: “Rucha is not seeing the big picture in this.” Yeah, she had better get on board or call it a day because it’s going to be his way or the highway. He didn’t even bring her along to participate in the choosing of his outfit. Just my opinion but that says a lot about how her future is going to be.
Relationships are about compromise says Amit....the guy who took his mama not his bride to chose his wedding outfit.....not cool. Very telling dude....sad.
Both couple had the shopping done without the bride bring part of the process. The 1st groom bought his outfit without her being involved, and the 2nd grooms mother picked out the bridal outfit. Why would they choose to exclude the brides like that? In both situations, the bride was put into a difficult position, either to clash with the groom or his family, having her choices severely limited, or having no choice at all. Bad way to start a marriage. Groom #1 was so happy about his "compromise" when it was the bride who gave in to his demands. And how much you wanna bet bride #2's MIL had hurt feelings because the bride "rejected" the dress she chose, and MIL will remember that for a long time, and act accordingly?
I feel, the fashion expert Shia is just pulling down isabel only coz she wants the bride to buy the dress asap and get done with the transaction. Like she is bringing up weird reasons, like saying that the person does not know about fabric and shit. Isabel is the one who even suggested more bling and better colors! and there is nothing wrong with trying out more dresses!! They will Buy the dress, you are not giving it for Free to em! So if you are too tired to show around more options, then just don't run a Bridal store! The groom on the other hand is not giving isabel a chance either. Which is really sad, like u cannot curb the girl from putting her opinion, just coz u don't like it. Isabel probably knows the dressing tastes of her friend, better than what the groom knows. Like he was just upset, that the 3rd dress looked like his mother's gift and thus blindly refused it without even trying a 4th or 5th dress. I feel, isabel is the is the best shopper partner anyone can have. She pushed the bride to try more choices and not just blindly buy the 1st dress. Infact, let's be honest the 2nd dress, fit the bride so well and got out her figure, the 3rd dress looked so damn pretty with intricate work. The 1st dress was just plain simple! Seems like Isabel does have a good choice when it comes to Indian wedding shopping.
I understand red is a traditional Indian color but that store has so many gowns in all these beautiful colors and they try the same color on each episode
The first groom was so selfish, uncompromising and a brat. I am amazed at the first bride sticking to him despite that. His mint sherwani was nothing extraordinary. He could have replaced it. Having said that, the first bride looks good in her dress based on the wedding pics. The second groom is very dominating. I agree with Isabel, you need to try more. The groom just has no interest and wants to leave as soon as possible. The second lehnga is OK but does not stand out. I would have preferred a cream lehnga on a beach that would have looked better and could prevent offending her mother in law. Who wants to wear red in the bright Floria sun? I don't get that
Oh really?? So for you the groom don’t deserve to get what he wants. Watch the episode carefully.he told the bride several times to get what she wants but all he want is to wear what he want.the brides is so stubborn. She only think about colour matching thing.wedding means both of them to be happy. Wedding pic is not everything.both of them to be happy and enjoy their wedding is more important.
@@manjarin_sd indian wedding is huge and their outfits are supposed to compliment each other's. I am kinda shocked that people don't understand this guy is narcissist. They are supposed to get out together. Choosing bride's dress based on groom's is so hectic. It's not western wedding where groom may wear any color of suit, tie and match with a handkerchief/flower in the pocket to compliment the bride.
@@Sam-nl3mz watch this episode again then you will understand that the guy never said that she cant have that red dress.its his wedding too. So he can wear whatever he want. In india most of the brides dont have that freedom to choose her own dress. Atleast this gave her that option. If a girl can demand a guy also can. Marriage is all about being happy together not matching outfits
@@manjarin_sd marriage is about lot of work and communication. Happiness doesn’t come running without efforts. He can wear anything, sure but he should have communicated with the bride. I am sure she would understand what he wants to wear for the wedding. He just went for shopping himself without discussing theme/colors, zero consideration for his bride and now saying "oh I am not changing my outfit, you can wear whatever you want". Such a big ego! Who does that? She surely won't wear anything that absolutely doesn’t compliment each other,so it’s kinda passive forcing lol. Red flag. You either not seeing the red flags as other do or you are one of his relatives 😂
His only worried about himself, and she has to match his outfit. That's selfish, and why did he accompany her when he didn't go outfit shopping with her.
prolly cause they think the indian parents are bad actors lol or maybe the mom might overdress like its her wedding day like in the older episodes haha
The entire show seems to be very fake. The store was closed end of November 2018 for the shooting of these episodes, but Rucha and Amit's wedding was actually in March 2018. That entire storyline was recreated just for the show. The second couple's wedding was early December 2018. So unless Deb picked out her wedding outfit a couple weeks before her actual wedding day, that was also recreated. The concept of the show is really nice, but wish it was more believable and not so rehearsed.
Actually! The bride is to blame here! She went bridal shopping fully aware of the groom’s outfit and that it was green. So wtf was she thinking going in and trying the red? She should have said I’m looking to coordinate with the groom who has a mint green outfit. He already purchased his- so why the fuck did she think he has to change. She’s the one that needs to be flexible
Ive only just found you . I have no India/Bangladesh/ Pakistan understanding but the wedding outfits and the amount of effort to get the perfect outfits is amazing. The sales assistant is brilliant. The dresses are so gorgeous and beautiful. So perfect.

I think you mean Isabel
In the Deb part, they were too rude to isabel :p like they would have just kicked her out, that is too bad
lol then dont watch it simple af
Peya 16 what old episodes? isnt this seazon 1 ep 1?
Finally on TH-cam but it seems really scripted :/
Sarah Smn yesss exactly! It looks so fake
So, it makes absolute sense he bought his
And he was ok with not matching and letting her pick the red dress.
You are definitely right. Its very annoying that he was overbearing and thoughtless buying his outfit wothout considering her
It shows how the marriage is going to go.
Groom wanted to be the princess.
Why? Its his marriage too. The main point is both of them to be happy. If the bride like the red outfit she should get that one rather than thinking matching the colour .
the sales girl seemed so rude in this episode.. ugh I miss how the old episodes were. this is just too scripted and cringey
Riya George yeah Shia* needs to check herself
Totally agree with you!
Lol the ‘salesgirl’. She’s the designer but yes, she was really quite rude about the friend.
Sahara One I’m calm.
Shia is a shit show. She needs to learn manners and service skills.
I miss the old set up. There was so much color and the show felt like it had so much life but now everything feels so washed out snd lifeless. Everything feels so rehearsed and nothing feels real.
(Edit)
It also feels like they took the focus off what the bride wants and instead forces the brides to choose dresses quickly. I feel sorry for the way they were treated and forced to compromise on their special day.
Mystierium Thank you
And the music is depressing.
lol.... It's a TV show. She could've tried on 20 dresses while she was there. They only have enough time to show a few.. duh
Kiana Kosack probably right but still doesn’t explain the lack of color, personality and overall lack of care for the bride shown in these new episodes. And it’s even weirder when you think that if they edit so much out that these were the best takes 🤷🏻♀️
Mystierium ....completely disagree but okaaaaay
4:17 what is this bakwas acting, soo scripted
Noreen Akhtar lmaoooooo
I’m dead 🤣🤣
It was good up until then. Then it all went downhill from there. So scripted.
Tell me about it
lolll this comment is everything 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
I dont like how she talked about Isabella to the extent of saying she's not hindu, i mean really??? Was that neccessary??? To me, she crossed a line. All because Isabel was simply sharing her genuine opinions(i mean the bride chose her to bring her along for a reason💁)
N i dont get what all the fuss is about, i mean there's no harm in trying other pieces..
I feel like the deaigner at times has a tendency of forcing her idea on the clients or rather she doesn't easily align with what they want.
Give the customer what they want, get paid fullstop! It's okay to share ur opinion as a designer but if that's not what they want, don't force it...
Isabelle s doing her bridesmaid duty.. all she wanted was Deb to be Happy.. Shivangi was being rude to her..
I don’t know about that
Ok Shia I get that Isabella doesn’t know much about Indian traditions but as someone who as Indian myself, when it comes to strictly fashion, the background knowledge of culture/tradition doesn’t really matter especially if there’s so many hand selected Indian wedding outfits in the store. I can tell that Isabella has an eye for what looks good. I personally didn’t like Deb’s outfit but as long as Deb likes it that’s what matters.
Yeah, the second outfit was the best.
Also buget is a big part of it...
Yes the 2nd one was beautiful. Isabelle wasn't wrong. The bride just tried on 1 dress. The dresses are expensive so why not try on more 🤷♀️
Why did they even bother bringing her, they completely disregarded her feedback and were so rude
She will probably have a very unhappy life with him.
different culture
Yes! This comment here. He is a narcissist, gas lighter. Awful man
No sensitivity or consideration for the feelings of his bride by the 1st groom.
Totally agree....he is so self centered
@@vaishaliaggarwal7833 the compromise was a joke....she never compromised
Well... it's his wedding too.
Hes buying soooooooooo
Mel Reze If my fiancée acted like that, I would give the ring back and run
Isabel was smart to say try more, you never know. Its better to try more knowing that you found the perfect outfit rather than regretting your choice of picking the first outfit you tried on and not seeing if there was anything better.
I just watched the first episode. After buying my wedding dress on Nazraana I was looking forward to this...and got really really surprised on Shia’s comment at the end of the episode about Isabelle not being Indian and not understanding a thing about Indian clothes. Wowwww just wowww
First of all I agree when people say this seems a lot like it’s rehearsed.
I'm African American but I think that these women make the most beautiful brides I literally just found this channel yesterday and I've been binge watching every since 💘💗💕
I’m Mexican and same thoughts … binge watching as well 🤩🤩
I’m also Black American. I feel that perhaps 🤔 if I was younger, I would have gone to this store and purchase a lengths. I feel that h th get are done glorious

Why is shia being so rude to isabelle 🙄🙄
Yeah isabelle is so sweet. I would love to have her as a friend. So what if she isn't Indian. She is right since they are spending money what's wrong in looking at more dresses🤷♀️
The bride only tried 1 dress on. Shia just wanted the appointment to be over
Pink Heart you dont need to be indian to even see the quality and design of a lengha. Agreed isabelles a sweet person

She was Shivangi how did she become shia
@@divyachandron that's what I was thinking!!! I keep seeing Shia who tf is that? Lmao
He was going to say anything as long as he got to keep his outfit. No compromise on his part. Lack of consideration for her.
Well it's his wedding too. And had already bought his outfit. He should have a say.
Totally scripted when they fought
funkyfiss oh hey already bought I am on his side lol
Isabell is so nice, she only wants her friend to shine.
This is soooooo FAKE and SCRIPTED 😂😂 joke
First off the sales girl really seems so rude, in every episode even on tv. And I hate how washed out everything is now. The filming style sucks. The original episodes were so much better. Please bring that style back.
I was very excited for the new season but it is disappointing to see that it looks all scripted! The old episodes were better for sure. Also, isabella might 'not be indian' but she was actually the only sensible one talking among you guys for not hogging up on first dress itself but yeah if she was 'scripted' to be the villan, then that's other thing!
couldnt agree more!
How did Shivangi become Shia, all of a sudden in the new season!
Bad scripting! Seems forced 😭
TYVM!!! I thought I remembered her name being Shivangi!!! What’s up with the name change?
@@IntellectualCuriosity Yeah! I googled up as well to confirm! She is the co-owner, Shivangi Gupta!

@@husnaavhora6485 Ya! Only they know! Bad scripting.
This is what I was thinking 😂😂
Merilora Duncan do not be rude and by the way you try to make a show
Meiralora Duncan Why wouldn’t a woman confronther fiance? He did something horrible, this day is about how the bride looks, not the groom and now she had to wear a different colour, because of him.
I can't stand the way Say yes to the dress has become. I really like this series. I really like India especially the movies.
Couldn't agree more
I was never going to say anything about you "Shia", but you were really mean to Isabel. Just because she is NOT an Indian, it does not mean that she doesn't understand Indian culture. Also like someone else pointed out, all you need is an eye for fashion/detail/style. Please do not pull the different culture card on anyone, thats just a low blow.
She may have been ride about her approach but she was right because Isabella was not considering the bride and finance opinions.
Twas so out of line, plus Isabella was simply sharing her genuine opinions, i mean the bride brought her along for a reason...
@@gracia.246 But Isabella was simply sharing her genuine opinions, i mean the bride brought her along for a reason...
N pulling the 'not indian' was just extra much or simply rude n offensive. I bet she was offended and her feelings were hurt when she watched that part.
Especially when she herself still doesn't know how to pronounce LeHenga.
Wth why is the new episodes so boring and lifeless
Uuuuh what the hell. This is so scripted? So lifeless... I was excited for the episodes but this is too boring. Very disapointed.
Kinda agree with Rucha that Amit should've waited and picked outfits together. However, I LOVE that lehenga that she picked. SO much better than the red one. So win win!
Ok watching the end I will say Ruchi looked stunning in her wedding dress but I wish she still picked what she really wanted which I could tell was the red dress
Edit: never mind we all fell for the scripted, fake editing.
Wasn’t her name Shivangi? Why is her name Shia all of a sudden? This does feel too scripted.
OMG YESSSSS! FINALLY! SO EXCITED!
Edit: it seemed very... scripted... prefered the old style where it was more natural.
Loved the closing scene though - such a beautiful wedding 😍
“And I love Christmas.” I love it 😂😂
Has this show always been fake? Making me re-think every episode 😭😂 this episode was clearly fake lol
When they started arguing I WAS LIKE FAKEEEEEEE😂😂😂
The drama feels so forced and causes the show to lose the joy that shows like say yes to the dress have. Like the first bride not being able to wear red broke my heart. As a gujrati girl you grow up dreaming of your red dress. It’s like telling an american bride she can’t wear white.
Huh.nobody stop her to wear that red one.she is the one who decide it.i am happy for the groom.he looks absolutely stunning
I am so happy to see this but it feels ... Gentrified? Bring the old setup back 😩.
Very rude groom and adjusting bride. Y he bought that mint outfit before brides?
True.
I agree with the bridesmaid...U never know, there is absolutely no harm in exploring more
The girl knows what she's saying, I loved the 2nd
"Relationships are about compromise, so I am glad that I didn't." Script for the rest of their lives.
Why is shivangi now “Shia” being so rude to Isabella like I get she’s not Indian but she definitely has a point because just trying on 3 outfits isn’t enough! She needed time to explore more and pick an outfit herself rather than Shia just picking 3 random bland looking lenghas
She was sweeter and happier in the first few episodes 😒
Shayana Jay no wayyyyy LMAO you’re saying this shit is scripted? DAMN I feel kind of bad for hating on Amit now knowing the drama was all fake
Thanks for spilling the tea!
true!!! because if you google "amit and rucha" and "deb and neal" you can find their wedding video on vimeo. This is soo fake
Omg a white guy would never have gotten away with that attitude
“Weddings and relationships are about compromise” apparently only the bride is supposed to compromise
yes I picked up that too, compromise is meeting somewhere in the middle, not succumbing to his demands
I like that the 2nd groom first thing he said to Deb was do you like it
OMG that first outfit was just gorgeous. And the one Rucha chose was even more beautiful.
Just finished the episode and I’m just thinking that, that was FAKE AS HELL
Isabel was very sweet...i don't know what was the problem with the sales lady and the groom....girl if a guy doesn't respect your friend ditch him not a good choice he is
After watching loads of say yes to the dress episodes on here, im absolutely obsessed with these. Some beautiful designs and patterns!
Shia’s got some bad hair extensions in
The first dress looks different than the actual wedding pictures on their instagram 🤦🏻♀️ This show is so scripted and disappointing.
No dress is same..but dupatta is different
please do longer and more shots of the dresses, especially full length and close ups, that's what we're here for, the beautiful outfits, please do more shots of them
They’re broadcast on colors TV now so I guess that’s where the drama came from. But yeah this took all the fun out of it. They tried to make this like “say yes to the dress” but it’s not quite there
Cream with flower dress made her look like royalty!
OK you the owner was really rude and kind of sounded racist so what if she doesn't know about Indian culture she was trying to give her opinion. Everyone has different choices they don't have to specifically like yours. Choices should be respected. Period
Amit is a mama's boy. Rucha should run .
Amit DID NOT buy his outfit before the bride. No Indian groom ever does that! I think the bride bought hers first and then they did that whole segment just for a bit of drama and views. Also, you can tell that he matched his outfit to her dupatta, which was obviously done after she had chosen it.
Dupatta is easy to made.that bride made different head dupatta later.she wear the same shoulder dupatta what she bought.
His words: “Rucha is not seeing the big picture in this.” Yeah, she had better get on board or call it a day because it’s going to be his way or the highway. He didn’t even bring her along to participate in the choosing of his outfit. Just my opinion but that says a lot about how her future is going to be.
The first bride’s final choice is the most beautiful outfit I’ve ever seen. It’s to die for 😍😍😍😍
I like the old set up better this is kinda what I was expecting
Relationships are about compromise says Amit....the guy who took his mama not his bride to chose his wedding outfit.....not cool. Very telling dude....sad.
The sales girl so rude and racist towards the bridesmaid that she doesn’t know and shes sooo pushy to everyone with light colors outfits 🙄
RUCHA'S GOWN WAS TO DIE FOR, LOVED THE MULTICOLORED EMBROIDERY.....
Shivani is now Shia...ohkay.
“I love Christmas” 😭😭😭😭😭 WHAT PRODUCER THOUGHT OF THAT LINE FOR THE SCRIPTTTT!!! This show is an actual joke😂
Isha Srivastava yas
I understand red is a traditional Indian color but that store has so many gowns in all these beautiful colors and they try the same color on each episode
I’m so happy it’s back! But way too scripted sorry. Just go back to a more natural setting
Isabelle even mugged up her expressions. 🙂
I agree with you - he was such an obnoxious brat - if my husband did that nonsense before we got married; my family would have created a bloody scene!
@@manjarin_sd indian wedding is huge and their outfits are supposed to compliment each other's. I am kinda shocked that people don't understand this guy is narcissist. @@Sam-nl3mz watch this episode again then you will understand that the guy never said that she cant have that red dress.its his wedding too. So he can wear whatever he want. I was so excited for this show.... it’s so scripted and fake omg... so disappointed
I'm in love with him. "I love Christmas"! He is so cool.
Where's the parents?? In "Say Yes to the Dress" they include the parents which make it worth watching. This seems so fake & scripted :/
prolly cause they think the indian parents are bad actors lol or maybe the mom might overdress like its her wedding day like in the older episodes haha
Looking at the promos for other episodes, there are moms in future episodes. I don’t think dad’s are as interested in this stuff though lol
I would have broken up with the mint green man right on the spot.
I think Isabel is saying the right thing, make sure to have a proper look first before just buying the first thing you try.
I think wearing the 3rd dress would be a compliment to the mother's taste.
Acting was so bad especially the first couple made me cringe so so bad

I love seeing the weddings at the end. They are so beautiful.
Ive only just found you . I have no India/Bangladesh/ Pakistan understanding but the wedding outfits and the amount of effort to get the perfect outfits is amazing. The sales assistant is brilliant. The dresses are so gorgeous and beautiful. So perfect.
A lot of these designs are knock off Sabyasachi lol
