I don't know if you reply to comments, but I was wondering if "Legend:Haste" isn't better than "Legend:Alacrity" since it gives 15 ability haste which I think is better than AS, would love a reply
Of course I do brother! Honestly play what you like - these are very small changes that wont affect overall gameplay, i have been trying both but havent settled on what I like more. Stats wise looks like Alacrity has higher win rate
