Hi sir I have a question, in one cell a value entered and I want to sum of this number E.g cell1-123 Cell2-9876 Cell3-3458 If I sum the value it should be in order 6 30 20 But I am unable do this through function Please help me out

Hi, now i understand it. Yes, it can be done, you would have 1st extract the content from teh cell using LEFT or RIGHT formula in combination with FIND formula an then you can add them. Its tough to do though. You learn about these formulas on my website HTTP://WWW.MYELESSON.ORG
