I think people are forgetting that Hiyyih has a literal army behind her. The hate that girl went through is insane and her fandom is so strong and determined to get this girl anywhere. They're streaming machines and they can fight any hater. I was a hiyyihlight from day one and it seemed like the awful voting in GP999 was making hiyyih seem like she was falling in votes. But when the solo votes came in to play and we saw the interim votes everyone was shook. She has a stable Korean fandom and Crazy International fandom she just skyrocketed in votes and became P2. Even in Korean votes she was still in the debut lineup.
they are all great but to be honest Bahiyyih is the one that catches my attention the most along side with Xiaoting iconic opening . Call me baised but I just can't help it
I am very happy for Bahiyyih that despite not having lines or time in the center she gives us everything in each presentation, hiyyihlight loves you and we will always support you, fighting Kep1er !!!. I also hope that Hikaru's comeback will have her longest rapping time. By the way, I see the MV and he used his fancams as filler, since that is what we hiyyihlight agreed
I mean, Hiyyih is clearly an attention point. People want to see her. All the hate she got made her fanbase really protective and dedicated. Also people are curious about her, that curiosity can change in the future or not but the company is being really stupid for not using her momentum. But that's not even the point that matter the most. The point here is ALL girls should be given the opportunity to shine, to improve and show people what they can do. ALL not just some of them. The company CLEARLY favors some of them. If you don't want to believe Hiyyih can handle more lines than "yeah" and "hey" because you only watch her through the picture that mnet drew for you then ok let's talk about Hikaru. Hikaru can easily handle any of the rap of the song, we have seen it. Yet Dayeon got three rap sections (along with the respective center time) while Hikaru barely got any. I'm not saying that Dayeon doesnt deserve it but they clearly could have made it more balanced. The same happened with Hiyyih and Yujin. ALL girls are giving their time and effort to the group and it's not fair that the company is holding back some of them and giving them nothing. Let's not act like we are asking for something imposible or that it doesn't matter because the members are going to form an image out of their time in the group and they must have the opportunity to actually show themselves to the public. This has to get better.
can we take a second to talk about bahiyyihs stage presence? That and her facial expressions have DRASTICALLY improved and its obvious if you watch her in mvsk like that girl was born to be on the stage. And to think that she has the least amount of training out of all of the girls is astounding and a little scary to be honest.

Not really, xiaoting rank with intl votes were just mid, she got a lot of fans but they didn’t prioritize her above other picks so her rank could be a bit higher but not that much
Bahiyyih is literally the most stable at yesterday's performance along with chaehyun. Her voice can be heard well even with the loud backtrack. She is good at singing live wakeone should give her justice.
We are not saying to treat Bahiyyih as a main vocalist because we know chaehyun and youngeun are better singers than her. Don't make things up like we said bahiyyih should get half of song. We never did. We just want a fair line distribution not only for her,but for all members. Hiyyih may not be a main vocal or a main dancer. But she can dance and sing well. She's got many lines even in a hard song like fiesta and she handled those hard lines well in live performance. Wadada is not even a hard song. At least 1st prechorus part-Heads up kkumeul hyanghae dallyeo dallyeo or one line of running broom broom broom like a supersonic can be given to her because she was given to sing the same prechorus with youngeun and chae in 2nd verse. That means she can sing that prechorus in 1st verse too. And supersonic part Oh c'mon I can even sing that part Lmao. It's obvious that the company really has favoritism. I'm not saying they don't deserve these I'm saying all 9 members deserved to be treated fairly. I really think they didnt put any effort in distribution. Easily some of the lines could have been given to other people. Hikaru could have shared Dayeons Rap and taken the bridge part instead of mashiro (just for the sake of lore where og C1, K1, J1 get together) Hikarus non fitting part of the song could have been changed and given to bahiyyih and mashiro. Other lines could have been shifted here and there too. Wa Da Da is in general a song with less lines and I hope their first comeback will get better. Bahiyyih has a very distinctive voice which does not blend in well and I think the parts that were given to her, were done well but are not very fitting. This is literally J-Line + Heyewon all over again, just with J & C line + Bahyyih. Only that Xiaoting gets a lot of Center parts and screen time I’m Youngeun and Hikaru biased
You said it really well, I agree with you! I'm very neutral about Bahiyyih, I was never really a fan of her, but I feel incredibly bad seeing how much hate she receives for absolutely no reason... Yeah, it wouldn't be fair if she took most of the song as she's not in the vocal line, but the girl showed she's really stable singing live and could have clearly handled more lines, they just didn't want to give them to her... I feel the same with Mashiro too
I personally want her to get "half of the song" to be honest her vocal style is pretty interesting to use as a main vocal. It reminds me of the days when sexy concepts were a thing and that type of vocal was valued so much because it's just soft and comforting. In hopes that they continue with MVSK type concepts in the future.

Yes, even though in their earlier days svt china line gets little line but that’s because they are still learning the language. But hiyyih is korean, understands the language well, sing well, yet no decent lines. It also applies to hikaru, I’ve heard her pre gp999 rap, she’s one of the best in the show and her korean is also good yet she only get one line.

This is why I disagree when some people say “having least lines makes them less shine” because at this point, popularity is the key. If they are popular, they still get a lot of attention even they don’t have many lines.
You are partially right, but without (good) lines which most of the time equal to the spotlight, their audience won't grow that much. New fans will watch mostly MVs, if group will be something as successful as their seniors, the people who watched GP999 would be like a few percent out of it. And when it comes to Bahiyyih the show didn't help her much. The lines and the spotlight or the center position make people see idol's talents or the charm

This is important because the three most famous members had the least amount of lines in the album. They also have the highest number of solo stans. I’ve already seen people saying they aren’t buying the next album unless their bias gets lines, so I seriously hope wake one takes a hard look at this and readjusts whatever strategy they’re going for. Even beyond line distributions, if you don’t give them lines, give them center time.

as a singer myself, bahiyyih is the one with the most vocal stability along side with chae; she can dance AND sing and speak fluent Korean AND, by watching her fancams (especially mvsk) you can clearly see that her control over her facial expressions have improved a lot. so I dont really see why she doesnt get REAL LINES, I'm talking outside of "yeah yeah" "hey" "ah ah" etc. It doesnt make sense to me bc they could alternate that with some of the girls who got more lines and make it even for all 9 (I know one has to get the least lines, but please, her's weren't even actual lines tbh) or at least, let some of them shine on the title track and alternate that with letting the other ones shine on the b-side. ITS DOABLE AND EASY and it SHOULD BE DONE. Although I'm ot9, I dont blame the kep1ans who got pissed and are threatening to not buy next album if their bias dont get proper lines.

when i was watching gp999, she wasn't on my top 9 bc of lack of lines and screen time. however, everytime she did sing it sounded so good and clear. Yujin debuted in another CLC but Mashiro and Bahiyyih in addition, Wakeone should look up to their potentials becauss these girls are overall popular too.
She is my bias in the group, although I have more, and the problem is not that she has the least amount of lines, but the least amount of everything and with a big difference between her and #8. All members should have at least 2 real lines, and not mostly a bunch of oohs and ahhhs, and a bit more fair screentime in the MV. I don’t care that Chaehyun and Yeongoun are main vocal, they deserve that. And Xiaoting and Dayeon as main dancers is also fair. But Yujin, Mashiro, Hikaru and Bahiyyih also need good parts in the songs, choreo and MV. Seriously, if next comeback this will still be a problem I will not preorder the album the cb after that. Than I will first want to see the new distribution before I decide to buy it.
After seeing the live performance of wadada I guess bahiyyih's line weren't so bad.. It's just it's not directed to her in the MV. I hate that the MV have a bad screen distribution too... When i first saw kep1er member, the one that catch my attention is bahiyyih and the hikaru. Bahiyyih gave me gorgeous, doll like charisma while hikaru is cute yet cool at the same time

Like Youngeun was so good in the MVSK performance yet didnt even reach 100k views. Also Yeseo is stunning and killed both concepts despite her cute look. Also suprised some of Yujins are so low, thought she would be higher.
the more people will try to keep her out of ot9 the more she will have popularity and her fanbase will get stronger that in future she wouldn't need kep1er but kep1er, and her company will need her the most. And that's actually happening already now.

wakeone needs to think about the size of the girls' fandoms when giving lines to them!! I'm not saying hiyyih should get like half the song, but they should balance it out a bit more -- obviously chaehyun will get most the lines as she's the main vocal, and hikaru should have a bit of dayeon's lines -- hikaru is also a really good rapper but somehow most the rapping parts are given to dayeon.. edit: I'm not hating on any of the girls, I love them all but I wish the line distribution was more fair...

With fancams there is always a member (or a few) who has more views than the rest (this happens in every group), this shows what people want to watch more or capture more attention. It's obvious that the most popular members are Bahiyyih, XT and Hikaru, they always have the most likes, views, etc.For Hikaru I still don't understand how they didn't give her more rap lines, she really has potential when she raps. For Bahiyyih I'm so dissapointed that they just gave her one line when this girl can do a lot more, even with wadada that doesn't have much lyrics so they could easily give her a part of the chorus so she can have a decent center like the others (even in her part she is in the center but at the back). I eventually binge watched her fancams and became her fan. Goes to really show how haters can make someone shine more no matter how they bring her down lol. As time goes, I'm fine with it. I think they can nail every part but it's given to who suits the best but I will hope of course for more parts for the bias. In all the fandoms i'm apart of this is prevelant. There's a common trend of 'if you aren't seen in the MV and have no lines, you will have fans watch your fancams' because they want to see you, whether they were curious about how you danced to the choreography, your outfits or trying to pinpoint any lines that might actually have been yours with no screen time'. Shuhua and Onda are some other examples
Because Bayihhah is the favourite of the fans. They don’t want to look to “exploit” that by giving her the most lines etc because it would cause divide between the group members
this is a fair judgement but then you needa look at other factors. thinking from a business point this can also be seen as a very stupid idea because hiyyih is an attention point, she’s the most popular member and has the biggest amount of individual fans in kepler. if the company gives her no lines as well as no screentime/centre tike then of course the fans are going to rebel. kepler have really low digital points and streaming the mv can help with that but, hiyyihlights aren’t helping to stream the mv when they play a large role in boosting the group mv views. they got hiyyih’s fancam to 1m views in 2 days.

I feel like it's the same as when the show was airing. You give a member less attention on scene, people will show their support where they can; similarly if a member has more lines and screentime, it's not deemed necessary to do so (how we lost people on the shows from not voting, as well). Sadly, in Hiyyih's case, there are also hate viewers we can't ignore as a factor in this. Fans want to offset the hate 100 to 1 and, if the numbers show us anything, they are doing a great job of it.
Some people who are very curious about bahiyyih and her fans that support her resort to fancams because of less screen times in MV (atleast in my opinion) and She has many fans, She's not my bias but I also love(heck I love every kep1er members) she is such a sweet heart

I think people are forgetting that Hiyyih has a literal army behind her. The hate that girl went through is insane and her fandom is so strong and determined to get this girl anywhere. I mean, Hiyyih is clearly an attention point. People want to see her. All the hate she got made her fanbase really protective and dedicated. Also people are curious about her, that curiosity can change in the future or not but the company is being really stupid for not using her momentum. But that's not even the point that matter the most. The point here is ALL girls should be given the opportunity to shine, to improve and show people what they can do. ALL not just some of them. The company CLEARLY favors some of them. If you don't want to believe Hiyyih can handle more lines than "yeah" and "hey" because you only watch her through the picture that mnet drew for you then ok let's talk about Hikaru. Hikaru can easily handle any of the rap of the song, we have seen it. Yet Dayeon got three rap sections (along with the respective center time) while Hikaru barely got any. ALL girls are giving their time and effort to the group and it's not fair that the company is holding back some of them and giving them nothing. I really think they didnt put any effort in distribution. Easily some of the lines could have been given to other people. Hikaru could have shared Dayeons Rap and taken the bridge part instead of mashiro (just for the sake of lore where og C1, K1, J1 get together) Hikarus non fitting part of the song could have been changed and given to bahiyyih and mashiro. Other lines could have been shifted here and there too. Wa Da Da is in general a song with less lines and I hope their first comeback will get better. Bahiyyih has a very distinctive voice which does not blend in well and I think the parts that were given to her, were done well but are not very fitting. This is literally J-Line + Heyewon all over again, just with J & C line + Bahyyih. Only that Xiaoting gets a lot of Center parts and screen time

I personally want her to get "half of the song" to be honest her vocal style is pretty interesting to use as a main vocal.

This is why I disagree when some people say “having least lines makes them less shine” because at this point, popularity is the key. If they are popular, they still get a lot of attention even they don’t have many lines.

This is important because the three most famous members had the least amount of lines in the album. They also have the highest number of solo stans. I’ve already seen people saying they aren’t buying the next album unless their bias gets lines, so I seriously hope wake one takes a hard look at this and readjusts whatever strategy they’re going for. Even beyond line distributions, if you don’t give them lines, give them center time.

as a singer myself, bahiyyih is the one with the most vocal stability along side with chae; she can dance AND sing and speak fluent Korean AND, by watching her fancams (especially mvsk) you can clearly see that her control over her facial expressions have improved a lot. so I dont really see why she doesnt get REAL LINES, I'm talking outside of "yeah yeah" "hey" "ah ah" etc.

She is my bias in the group, although I have more, and the problem is not that she has the least amount of lines, but the least amount of everything and with a big difference between her and #8. All members should have at least 2 real lines, and not mostly a bunch of oohs and ahhhs, and a bit more fair screentime in the MV.

wakeone needs to think about the size of the girls' fandoms when giving lines to them!! I'm not saying hiyyih should get like half the song, but they should balance it out a bit more -- obviously chaehyun will get most the lines as she's the main vocal, and hikaru should have a bit of dayeon's lines -- hikaru is also a really good rapper but somehow most the rapping parts are given to dayeon..

With fancams there is always a member (or a few) who has more views than the rest (this happens in every group), this shows what people want to watch more or capture more attention.
It's obvious that the most popular members are Bahiyyih, XT and Hikaru, they always have the most likes, views, etc.For Hikaru I still don't understand how they didn't give her more rap lines, she really has potential when she raps. For Bahiyyih I'm so dissapointed that they just gave her one line when this girl can do a lot more, even with wadada that doesn't have much lyrics so they could easily give her a part of the chorus so she can have a decent center like the others (even in her part she is in the center but at the back).
Many say that because the hate she receives the company don't want her to give her "anything" so the group won't receive hate. For me doesn't make sense because she has a lot more of suppoters than haters.

Yeah, it's true that Hiyyih is not a Main Vocalist or neither a Main Vocalist material (yet. cause who knows, she might improve someday.) I wasn’t even interested in the survival show yet I keep seeing articles of hate about Hiyyih and when they debuted, I recognize her in one of the fancams and watched. I eventually binge watched her fancams and became her fan. Goes to really show how haters can make someone shine more no matter how they bring her down lol. Although, I am still trying to familiarize myself with the rest of the Kep1er members but I am getting there.

There's a common trend of 'if you aren't seen in the MV and have no lines, you will have fans watch your fancams' because they want to see you, whether they were curious about how you danced to the choreography, your outfits or trying to pinpoint any lines that might actually have been yours with no screen time'. Shuhua and Onda are some other examples

this is a fair judgement but then you needa look at other factors. thinking from a business point this can also be seen as a very stupid idea because hiyyih is an attention point, she’s the most popular member and has the biggest amount of individual fans in kepler. if the company gives her no lines as well as no screentime/centre tike then of course the fans are going to rebel. kepler have really low digital points and streaming the mv can help with that but, hiyyihlights aren’t helping to stream the mv when they play a large role in boosting the group mv views. they got hiyyih’s fancam to 1m views in 2 days.

I feel like it's the same as when the show was airing. You give a member less attention on scene, people will show their support where they can; similarly if a member has more lines and screentime, it's not deemed necessary to do so (how we lost people on the shows from not voting, as well). Sadly, in Hiyyih's case, there are also hate viewers we can't ignore as a factor in this. Fans want to offset the hate 100 to 1 and, if the numbers show us anything, they are doing a great job of it.
Some people who are very curious about bahiyyih and her fans that support her resort to fancams because of less screen times in MV (atleast in my opinion) and She has many fans, She's not my bias but I also love(heck I love every kep1er members) she is such a sweet heart
