I needed this so bad. I am 21 years old and i was born a muslim but i never really understood much about it. My family taught me that i have to pray because i am a muslim and taught me some stuff about islam. But it once hit me that i dont know why im a muslim and whats my purpose. I wanted to understand islam on my own will so I started reading the quran and understand islam more this year. But this year i started going through it bad mentally. And whenever i read the quran more and practice more about islam, it gets worse. This video eased me a bit thank you :( may allah make it easy for all of us to get over these whispers.
Team up with fellow believers as the sheikh suggested!
Assalamualaikum warahmatulla hi wabarakatuh.
Brother it's normal. It's happening with me too. Even I'm facing the same kinda issue, that's actually called waswase of aqeedah. It's the sign of imaan. It happens only to those who are getting closer to Allah swt. Why does this happen only when you read Qur'an? It's because shaitan doesn't want you to read it and act upon it. Shaitan iblees is our real enemy. Have faith on Allah. There are thousands of ppl facing this issue it's not just you. So plz don't worry and stop reading Qur'an and Salah. InSha Allah.
Assalamualaikum,The jahannum is covered with luxuries and many troubles and hurdles , so May Allah help us to get through this phase and make our end on Islam , Inshallah, will meet u in jannat ul firdous, Ameen

But once I began doing good I started getting doubts and whispers and low iman I’m glad that I’m watching Islamic videos because they really help me so much

Keep going! Don’t stop! I’m telling you from my experience. I wasn’t only attacked by the regular shaitan but also a jinn and I battled it for at least 3 years. I didn’t give up! And I had tremendous help from Allah Swt to fight it when He saw I wasn’t ready to give up. It felt so good to defeat it. It increased my iman so much and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for these experiences. When you fight the devil hardcore, Allah shows you HiS might and power! Omg it actually makes sense and true. Astaghfirullah. I have more intrusive thoughts while doing ibadah, even sometimes bad words are crossing my mind uncontrollably that I feel so bad about myself. May Allah guide and protect us all in life and afterlife. aamiin.
It’s Satan playing with us.

Since I got closer to Allah and stop lot of things like watching TV, not praying listening to music,I started been scared of things feeling as if I'm sick when all test and x-ray I'm healthy may Allah protect against Shaitan
Same and I though I was the only one. May allah protect us all !
you are getting your sins forgiven
Surah Baqarah is your answer. Anytime you feel scared just play it. I have battled not only a regular shaitan but a jinn. The moment I implemented Surah Baqarah in my life, it changed everything. Even now when I am visited by anything demonic, I just play it on my phone through SoundCloud. This Surah has protected me so much that I whenever it plays all my fears run away because I have seen it’s power. Keep staying strong and eventually whatever is bothering you will run away and give up.
Im feeling this exact thing rn right after umrah. May Allah grants us relief
Here
Life is a test. Stay strong. Your already walking the path of jannah
Maybe because you don't use your head. Why waste and give money to wahabbis. If you already had your haj that is enough. Do you think you are closer to god if you pray at Mecca , madina? You could save your umrah money and sponsor fellow muslim refugees. Yet you give money to people whose government had bombed fellow muslims and almost fully neutralised relations with Israel... before Hamas had something to say about it.

This is such a nicely timed video. I was having some similar doubts, but Alhamdullilah, I have been guided to see this video. And now I am feeling good. This is something that I have physically felt, as I increase my practice I can feel the whisper. It is strong, and even sometimes I fall for it, but I try my best to repent when I realize my mistakes. When I slip, I do not feel the whispers anymore. Maybe because my consciousness goes away, and I cannot distinguish between the whisper and my own thoughts. However, with increased Islamic practices a new level of consciousness comes that allows us to distinguish the whisper from our own thoughts. But we cannot stop the whisper, because Satan is strong. And that is our test, we can choose to ignore the whisper or fall for it. I am using this Ramadan to better myself and I hope to continue to maintain that even after Ramadan ends. May the almighty Allah make it easy for us to follow our deen and give us the strength to reject the whispers of Satan. Ameen.
may allah make easier for us. Aamiin.

Surah Nahal chapter 16 verses 98,99 & 100.
So when you recite the Qur'an, [first] seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the expelled [from His mercy].
Indeed, there is for him no authority over those who have believed and rely upon their Lord.
His authority is only over those who take him as an ally and those who through him associate others with Allah.

Assalamu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu, Sheikh! Thank you so so so much!!! This video is extremely helpful, I keep on getting whispers saying “You don’t really believe in Islam. The Quran is just made-up” and every single time I become scared that I am lying to myself, and that I’m trying to make myself think that I’m a Muslim. It’s been getting quite hard and I keep on getting those slumps, but, Alhamdulillah, I just make Istighfar, recite the Shahadah, and it keeps me going.
It's a bit like a man and a woman in a marriage as opposed to unmarried couple. The married couple are carrying out half of their Deen whereas the unmarried couple are living in major sin. Who do you think Shaitan will target? Of course the married couple. This is just one example of our test. My dear sister, Muslims already live the life of trials, that's why our reward will be much greater than all of the other people. insha'Allah.

This is what i needed
Alhamdulillah 😭😭, I've been feeling deeply depressed during this blessed month of Ramadan due to losing my khushu in few nights of last 10 Ramadan, and despite my efforts, I couldn't regain it throughout the night. I started to despise myself and feared I might miss Laylat al-Qadr. Today, Allah guided me towards the solution to my negative thoughts and showed me the right direction, Alhamdulillah 😭. At first, I realized from a video by sheikh assim al hakeem that the primary reason for my lack of khushu is not understanding all the names and attributes of Allah. Thus, lacking khushu is likely a sign from Allah to seek knowledge. During Ramadan, I isolate myself from others to fully focus on ibadah, but feeling so depressed, Allah led me to message one of my practicing sisters, and after talking with her and joining a halaqa, I found relief for a short period of time. I decided from that moment that being alone isn't always beneficial; I should surround myself with good company. Now, Alhamdulillah, after watching this video, I am fully convinced of the importance of good company. JazakAllahu khairan, sheikh.
I have a low moment now after a few months of highly increased Ibadaah. I feel like I have low self esteem and not a functioning timetable because of this. So many people have betrayed me and pointlessly let me down for no good reason. I don't know how to recover from that.

KNOW THAT ALLAH KNOWS YOU ARE SUFFERING .. KNOW THAT ALLAH IS AWARE OF THE WORDS THAT HAVE BROKEN YOUR HEART.. HE KNOWS ITT.. ND THAT SHOULD BE ENOUGH .. CRY TO HIM AND ASK HIM TO GRANT YOU RESPECT AND SUCCED U IN THIS LIFE AND THE HEREAFTER.. THOSE PEOPLE WHO LET YOU DOWN ARE ALSO THE CREATION OF ALLAH..SO JUST THINK IF THEIR CREATOR IS YOUR CLOSEST ONE..WHAT ELSE CAN BE BETTER.MAY ALLAH(SWT) GRANT YOU EASE.. AND DONT FORGET TO ASK FORGIVENESS FORM YOUR LORD FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE HURTED YOU.. THAT WHAT OUR PROPHET(PEACE BE UPON HIM) DID..HOPE THIS HELPS
