Thank you for watching! Unfortunately, I have never encountered that issue, so I don't know what is causing the problem. However, one suggestion is to ensure you have selected "Document" and not "Document & Markup" in the Comment & Forms menu at the bottom of the Print dialog box. You may also want to try printing the whole PDF as an image. Here is an article from Adobe Support on that topic, which you may find helpful: helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/quick-fix-print-pdf-image.html. Best of luck!
Thank you for watching! That's a great question. Unfortunately, I am not aware of a way to have the watermark show up only once for the printing. I do hope you are able to find a solution. Best of luck!
That is an interesting question! I'm not aware of a way to create a permanent watermark. However, after setting up your watermark in the Add Watermark dialog box, you can select Save Settings and then give the watermark a name for reuse in other PDFs. That dialog box also provides the option to apply the watermark to multiple PDFs at once. Thank you for watching!
@@erinwrightwriting it was working for my friend earlier. Whenever he convert a word into pdf file, watermark populate automatically on pdf files even source word file doesnt has watermark..Do you have any idea?
@@erinwrightwriting Thank you for your response. I already checked article uploaded by you. I have tried with Adobe Acrobat DC pro and Nitro pdf pro.. but no luck.....
@@erinwrightwriting It was really good, informative and easy to understand. I liked it so much that I have even subscribed your channel. Will surely look forward for many such videos!
That is an interesting question! One solution is to add multiple watermarks positioned in different locations. The trick is to select "Add New" rather than "Replace Existing" when adding the additional watermarks. I wish you all the best with your PDF project!
