Nah, cause as popular as they are, they're also really slept on by a lot of people for whatever reason. To me, they stand out a lot from other groups. They do so many different genres but somehow manage to make it sound uniquely theirs. Same with their choreo; I feel like it's so easily recognizable. If you liked what you saw here, I'd recommend you check out some bsides since they never slack on those either.
I’m not even a Kpop fan but TXT got me on a chokehold. They’re such a talented group and they’re so versatile. They feel more like a band than like a Kpop group. This is how good they are. As a Stay, I can whole heartedly say that TXT is one of the best groups out there today. Great voice, great dance moves and great personalities. Though I feel they could use a little more rap in their discography. I personally think they are the only 4th gen BG i feel that really competes on the same level with SKZ. I actually don’t agree with the rap part. As someone who isn’t a big fan of rap I like that TXT doesn’t have such a “rap-heavy” discography. Not every song needs a rap in my opinion and that’s a motto txt seems to follow as well. They only include raps when it fits 🤷🏽♀️. Of course to each their own but that’s just my take.
as a stay, it's understandable that you would like them to rap more, and between you and me, they rap very well!! but their melodic tone is very good too, I think it's cool that those who like rap and heavy drops create more affinity with skz while those of us who like something more sung and rhythmic go for txt. In the end, staymoa's or moastay's are the luckiest of the 4th generation 🤷♀️

TXT has all rounder members, which means that none of them have positions (aka singers, rappers, dancers...) they're all trained to be all of that and it kind of changes for every comeback they have and are known to have a non skippable discography, as you've seen from just these 4 songs lol. So in my humble opinion, you're absolutely missing out by not checking them out ;) I think other MOAs (TXT's fandom name) have already explained everything about them but I'll just add that if you don't know what to react to, I suggest watching The Ultimate Guide to TXT (2024) by Beomibear. Coming from a guy who learns kpop choreo as a hobby, most times the dancers dont "memorize"" the choreography. They practice it until it's baked into their muscle memory. When they hear the music they let their body flow to that song in the specified way they trained themselves to do. Like hearing a shatter sound and feeling your body tense up. Its less memorization, and more reflex. Which is why random dance games are such a hit - they feed into that instinct that dancers teach themselves.
You just entered to the group with the best discography ever. Like TXT is for everyone, regardless of age, nationality or gender. They have every possible genre you would expect. Believe me, once you are into TXT there is absolutely no turning back. Btw loved your reaction❤

As a Stay, I can whole heartedly say that TXT is one of the best groups out there today. Great voice, great dance moves and great personalities. Though I feel they could use a little more rap in their discography. I personally think they are the only 4th gen BG i feel that really competes on the same level with SKZ. Oh and both groups are actually great friends with each other! Just don't get into the twitter stan wars though. Both tweet fandoms are mentally ill 😂
Rap isn't necessary to complete a song though & they do add rap if needed

I actually don’t agree with the rap part. As someone who isn’t a big fan of rap I like that TXT doesn’t have such a “rap-heavy” discography. Not every song needs a rap in my opinion and that’s a motto txt seems to follow as well. They only include raps when it fits 🤷🏽♀️. Of course to each their own but that’s just my take.
as a stay, it's understandable that you would like them to rap more, and between you and me, they rap very well!! but their melodic tone is very good too, I think it's cool that those who like rap and heavy drops create more affinity with skz while those of us who like something more sung and rhythmic go for txt. In the end, staymoa's or moastay's are the luckiest of the 4th generation 🤷♀️

TXT has all rounder members, which means that none of them have positions (aka singers, rappers, dancers...) they're all trained to be all of that and it kind of changes for every comeback they have and are known to have a non skippable discography, as you've seen from just these 4 songs lol.
So in my humble opinion, you're absolutely missing out by not checking them out ;)
I think other MOAs (TXT's fandom name) have already explained everything about them but I'll just add that if you don't know what to react to, I suggest watching The Ultimate Guide to TXT (2024) by Beomibear.
It basically sums up everything you need to know about TXT and has snippets of songs that might be interesting to you too and might give you an idea of what to react to in the future !

Coming from a guy who learns kpop choreo as a hobby, most times the dancers dont "memorize"" the choreography. They practice it until it's baked into their muscle memory. When they hear the music they let their body flow to that song in the specified way they trained themselves to do.
Like hearing a shatter sound and feeling your body tense up.
Its less memorization, and more reflex. Which is why random dance games are such a hit - they feed into that instinct that dancers teach themselves.
