Bought this and started building Aug 24 and am glad I watched this video. I left this for about the past 2 wks and today 10/1 I'm finally finished. Panels are tinge too short throwing off hole alignment & a majority of the screws are about a mm too short. Wouldn't suggest to purchase it but if your bored or a sociopath it's very sturdy. Price is great, beautiful once up but the headache to put together isn't really worth it. At least 3-4 ppl needed to get it done in a few days unless going all out
Just 3 days ago two of us assembled a yoleny 12x18 gazebo similar to yours except that ours has middle posts for a total of 6. We experienced issues with those damn clips that are supposed to slide onto the roof panels! We also experienced what you mentioned about holes not lining up. That problem was solved as we did attach screws to the holes that DID line up. As we went down the line the other misaligned holes kind of got into place and we were relieved. Took us TWO full days consisting of a total of about 16 hrs. Not easy but we successfully completed the project. I have purchased two Harbor Breeze Valdosta out door fans that we will hang on hooks on opposite sides of the gazebo. I empathize with your frustration, Sounds to me like Yoleny owes you a bit of a discount for your troubles.
Thank you for the heads up. Very good video. I'm looking for a 12x16. Have you received any feedback on other suppliers? I wondered if their all manufactured in the same place and just change the names? I feel your frustration. Nothing worse than having to modify a kit. Hopefully your honest video will inspire the manufacturer to correct the problems. You've helped me.
Thanks for the posting this up along with the issue that you guys went through. I actually have this in my cart and now I'm reconsidering grabbing this one. There's a few more out there im looking into but the prices are a bit more. I might just go with a 12 14. Seeing what you went through I'm Not sure if I can handle all these issues 😅

The holes actually line up if the gazebo is squared. You could move the frame a 1/4 inch and the holes should line up perfectly
