Yeah man we’d see so much more team diversity if the ArcSys didn’t buff the fusions into god tier and make labcoat just to milk money out of players.
@@Misteranderson123 yeah that's my biggest pain about the game, if those 4 were nerfed to a point of not being top tier, we would have team variety because no characcters apart them dominate to the point of being necessary, without 21 or fusion, so much teams would be viable.
That was some amazing out of this world Piccolo gameplay and tbh the other characters too of course, for someone who started to play Piccolo this is amazing

I just wish they would give piccolo some needed buffs, he needs to have a midscreen knockdown without spending meter.
He 100% is. People who say he isn't are capping hard. The only reason he's "Weaker" in this meta is because he has to play neutral and having strong neutral tools is king, but he's still very strong regardless

Dude, Hook literally made comebacks with no-neutral-having Piccolo fighting fusions and LC21 against top players. In World Finals, I'm pretty sure. Bad neutral is Piccolo's biggest problem, but that's easy to get around because this is a team game. He's tournament viable. Stop. The. Cap

Most of the meta characters can just straight up ignore half of Piccolo’s moves. He is still a crazy character but there’s just other characters that are better
cause most of top 5 can literally eat everything piccolo does on the screen
The meta favors strong neutral tools and Piccolo just doesn't really have anything. No matter how people try to spin it, though, that still doesn't mean he's not viable

piccolo is only viable in your dreams
Piccolo is viable of course but in this current meta he is harder to pilot because the current Kings counter him to hard.
Point Piccolo in a meta where there are blue and red gogeta isnt worth it.
He hasnt nearly fullscreen options like the two, needs meter while not Building much himself and you need to have your a game 100% in tounament setting.
But he has a godlike assist that makes him a better support.
But here comes the meta chars that straight up ignore his assist.
Vegito A destroys both balls and puts u in blockstun while also controlling the neutral.
Lapcoat and red gogeta ignore it with there ki blast immun nearly fullscreen lariats while also shutting down piccolos oki.
Broly/Piccolo is a great shell that provides neutral control with good combo ability and having strong dhc synergy but why should a Tournament player run this Shell or other piccolo Shells (Piccolo/tien) when the meta counters you nearly completely?
People dont consider the fact that money is on the line! This alone is a extra mental stress but on to you while you need to be 110% in the match because your strategy is way harder to pull of then the current meta!
So long story short!
You can win with him but why should i make it hard for myself when there are stronger and easier routes to take that bring you money?

I agree with this. To me, it feels like people believe that just because we have a defined meta (fusions and 21), then that _must_ mean they're the only viable characters and it's so dumb
@@Kitsune986 I mean they are, it's not because the others characters are bad but because fusions and 21 are too strong. People love to say "buff the others to top tier level" but here the only way for the game to have variety again is to nerf the top tiers, also if everyone was like fusions and 21 with fullscreen moves with no recovery and their bs this would be the most boring game ever.

No, lol. They aren't the only viable characters. That's objectively wrong. You have people like Zane consistently making top 8 with Zamasu/Beerus and Shanks consistently make top 8 with his team of Cell/Base Vegeta/Janemba
