I have lived in Seattle all my life. I want out of here. My car was damaged and I’m currently on the hook for a $1k deductible for repairs.

Living in Seattle for almost 30 years this is the most disappointing and disgusting the city has been. The lack of cops doesn't help but the biggest issue is letting criminals out without jail time. If a criminal breaks your window and takes anything they know they can only face a maximum of 3 days in jail most of the time out the same day. That is the main issue no punishment for there crimes.
Really pretty up that's what is important. No you need to focus on cleaning up the trash first. And once the crime is down and its safe then you can pretty it up
