    저는 루틴상 크리스마스날 어깨이두 해야 하는데 루틴을 꼬아서 하체로 바꿨습니다.
    크리스마스를 뜬눈으로 혼자 보내는건 너무 외롭고 고통스럽거든요....
    하체 탈탈 털고 집와서 전기장판 틀고 초저녁부터 잘겁니다...눈뜨면 26일이 되있길.....

    성환님 제가 이두운둥할때 케이블 덤벨 바벨할 떄 다 똑같이 들어올릴떄랑 내릴때 왼쪽 손목위??전완근?쪽 뼈가 뚝하면서 움직이는 느낌이 드는데 괜찮나요? 아주 가벼운무게할때는안그런데 중량 조금 올라가면 왼쪽만 그렇네용...ㅠㅠ아픈건아니에요! 근데 덤벨로할때 덤벨을 몸안쪽으로 올리면 괜찮아요!

      교수님 말이 맞겠죠 바디빌더중에 바벨 스쿼트도 부작용 때문에 안하는 씨범있는거보면

    바벨컬 반대 동작 느낌으로 비트는 동작 안나오게 신경쓰기

    수축 시엔 내회전 주며 외측두 수축, 이완 시엔 외회전으로 돌아가며 장두로 무게 받아주기

    처음 수축시엔 외회전/회외 패턴으로 절반정도 수축하다가

    34분에 하는 이두운동은 전에 설명한거처럼 거상한 느낌은 아닌거같은데 거상한상태는 수축에 초점을 맞춘거고 34분 운동은 이완에 초점을 맞추신건가요?

    안녕하세요 다이어트중인 직장인 입니다.
    일주일에 운동은 4일정도 가며 4분할로 하고 있습니다.
    웨이트 1~1시간 30분 정도 하고 웨이트 30~40분정도 하고 있습니다.
    식단은 평일에 아침:오트밀 50g, 보충제 20g
    점심: 햇반 210g,닭가슴살 20g
    중간에: 단백질바 14g
    저녁: 햇반 210g,닭가슴살 20g
    운동 후: 보충제 20g
    이렇게 먹고 있습니다.
    주말에는 계란을 2개씩 추가해서 먹고 소고기나 오리도 먹습니다.
    눈바디로 봤을때 체지방이 잘 안빠지고 있는거 같아 고민입니다.
