I did fat grafting to my breast after I explanted. Happy with the results. I believe that your plastic surgeon must have expertise in breast reconstruction and fat grafting to the breast . Dr. Randall Feingold from New York preformed two rounds of fat transfer to my breast, the first round during my breast implant removal surgery and the second FT after 18 months. My breast now is 34B , soft and has a natural look nothing like the breast I had before (with breast implants). Personally after suffering breast implant illness symptoms i was not willing to risk my health again so breast augmentation was not a choice.

Hi Dr Scott! Golden question: Can Fat grafting solve the Double Bubble Deformity caused by implant without a change of implant, keeping the original implant there....
