Macha, its not begumpet pani puri. It's bangarpet pani puri, it's named after a place near kolar (which in itself is close to bangalore, and kolar was popular for gold fields). Next time visit Malleshwaram (CTR for dosa, Veena stores for idli/vada), Nagarjuna on residency road for andhra meals and their chilli chicken.

Averakkalu is Mochai Kottai in tamil. They remove the skin of the mochai kottai and call it Pidhukku paruppu and make upma, kurma etc., and it is delicious. in that same dosa store they also sell averakkai dosai.
