Great insight. Amazing to see an operation that can deliver even the small stuff promptly. There’s nothing worse than finding a ‘deal’ online then waiting weeks for delivery because they’re just ‘box shifting’! Keep up the good work boys

I knew Pond Planet as a online retailer and very good. It then came to my attention they had opened a retailer’s outlet in my area.
So on a nice day I went for a ride on my bike and visited the shop as I needed some bits and bobs for my Koi pond and supporting local would be good.
I felt very uncomfortable just walking around their store as though I was being watched all the time. When I enquired about the purchase of some silicone air line the chap sat at his little desk asked me if it was for a aquarium or pond? After over 40yrs of keeping Koi that was a very bizarre question I have never been asked before!
I purchased the bits I needed which they had in stock and left, on your bike as it is said!

I ordered some spare parts from pond planet half were out of stock so they refunded all the items even the ones in stock which I find very poor customer service
