Bro this is not Isckon. Hinduism was spread in Ghana by Swami Ghananand before the existence of Isckon. He was a black Hindu African Monk. Look at the deity, it’s our God Rama, Mother Sita and Laxmana. Isckon is based on Gaudia Vaishnava tradition of Bengal(based on the philosophy of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu). They don't worship God Rama yes they do respect him and chant him in the Mahamantra but you will never see him in Isckon temple except God Krishna and Mother Radha also some deities in particular like Avatara of God Vishnu God Narashimha Deva, God Jagannath and the Panchatatva of Gaudia Vaishnava tradition.

The famous temple in Juhu Mumbai which was very dear to the Founder Srila Prabhupada has beautiful deities of Sita Rama Lakshmana and Hanumanji. Rama Navami is one of the prominent festivals for ISKCON. Please check it out when you have the opportunity
