Stefan, who has the purest heart out of any character I've seen on any show, he might have dark times, (ripper times) but he's not that person in his dark times, he's not his real self because Stefan is GOOD ! even without Elena he IS good, Elena inspired him to have hope, to hold on, to fight, to feel, she made him happy, she made him feel human again ! And cuz of all this and more, I don't know how I can ever get over these two !
Stelena wins. Big time. They had an actual relationship, with love, trust, passion and respect. All Delena has is sex and fights over the people Damon has killed and will kill in the future.

Julie Plec & Caroline Dries have no business running TVD. Their ideas & couples is the reason the show has been hemorrhaging viewers. Kevin Williamson was the true mastermind of the televised version of "The Vampire Diaries". He didn't give into the fans temptation he stuck to a storyline that worked. Kevin has been in the business for over 20 years. He knows how to get & keep his audience. "Seasons 1 & 2" was the golden years of TVD. The ratings & the viewers was through the roof. Delena Fans are saying this to me: "Even if Kevin stayed on the show Nina would have left anyway. She felt that Elena's story had been told." I was like: What are these people smoking? In the beginning all Nina could talk about was how psyched she was to film one of Kevin's scripts. She has said that repeatedly to Entertainment Weekly, TV Guide, Rolling Stone & many other sources. Whenever Nina received one of Kevin's scripts she was extremely eager to read it.
Crystal Dominique Yep, I agree. The only reason why Nina thinks Elena's story "has been told" is because Elena hasn't had a storyline since season four. Her only reason for existence in season five and six was to be Damon's girlfriend. That's all. And Nina got sick of it. Can't blame the girl.

Julie and Caroline loves to fan service which ended in the falling of ratings. Steroline is disgusting and so forced. Julie is really trying to save TVD by making Damon a front show man, but sorry I don't watch for Damon, I watch for Stefan. It's sickening that she made it about Damon and not Stefan since it's story from the beginning.
