This past episode there was no Dullena scene and it seriously was one of the best episodes in a long, long, long, time. All the scenes you mentioned where forced and unbelievable, in my opinion. What's truly believable for me right now is Bamon's relationship because it started out healthy, not by Damon breaking his brother's heart by screwing the love of his life. Plus, I'm not even sure if I ship Stelena anymore, because as much as I think they had a true relationship, it's just gross now... from Stefan to Damon, from Damon to Stefan... I don't know... you have to be pretty slutty to go from one brother to the other in the first place, but even more slutty to go back to the first brother after everything... let's see what happens though.
