@@MSU.15 once you take care of all the oil leaks(Valve cover gasket, OFHG, oil pan gasket), water pump they’re fairly reliable. Other problems that may or may not arise are turbos, injectors, dme mosfets, rear main seal.

As long as the engine transmission and turbos are good, you’ll be fine.
