Working on stamina is really important for tourneys, also training to catch your breathe in the shortest amount of time is very important. Doing really explosive exercises and then only giving yourself 20 seconds of rest where you really focus on resetting between sets is really helpful. Also Jonah cam when?

Are these tourneys only for a certain level of tier?
Snacks, hydrate and actually take a break between games. I once had a tourney where I played 4 back to back games (wierd bracket), most exhausting thing ever.
