The early waking hours really hit home! When I freelanced as a personal trainer a few years before the pandemic, I'd be done with my AM workouts by 4.30am. Nothing beats getting stuff done when everyone else is asleep. That discipline compounds on itself and yea, you'd eat a lot healthier too
“The leading brain” and “why we sleep” both do a good job at showing that there indeed are different personality types for productivity (ie a “night owl” and “early bird”). Finding where you fall in that range and accepting is key to improving sleep quality and productivity. :)

Freelancing on Fiverr making 4K per month working part time because I am also a stay at home mom of a 1year old and a 5yr old... my hubby makes 65k per year and on our salary we saved up and bought a really nice home while FINALLY paying off my college loans! Assuming he does live with his parents, I think Jensen's point about being an entrepreneur being scary is a lot worse if you don't have the safety blanket of well off parents. Obviously you can go out and endeavor to start a bunch of businesses if you aren't worried about having a roof over your head. The grind different when you have a safety blanket.

However, as they say, better late than never! BTW, I call myself a morning owl because I usually wake up between 3:30- 4:00am. It's technically morning, but it's still dark! Plus, I love owls but can't stay awake past midnight! LOL
I'm 56 and say its never too late to start something. At the Hospital I know of RN's that started in their 40's, 50's, and even 60's. If they can do it, you can do it at 49.

I think he overdid the product placements personally. It got me tired after a while, and all I thought was: this isn’t this guys normal day, it’s a day he made up to make sure he throws in all the products. So I have to disagree with you on this guy being a marketing genius. I also disagree with this being a normal day in the life. A normal day is you wake up, sit at your desk for 15 hours and go to sleep. That’s what a real grind looks like. 🤪
Change up the way you eat, a bit heavier on mornings and lighter throughout the day, the body burns more when your most active, at dinner time your body might not digest all the food by the time you sleep, also the metabolism works slower when your more at rest, some light exercise will help too and lots of water

Hey Graham, love your videos! You have helped more than you can imagine. Just some advice on the "belly" situation..... it's the DIET! Simple way is, eliminate rice, pasta and bread. Most people eat tons of either or all of those. Also, resistance training> cardio. 😉
Graham please listen to this for your weight loss. Go look up anabolic recipes on TH-cam like Greg Douchette's channel. He even has a cookbook. His recipes are extremely fulling, low calorie, high volume foods that will make you feel so full. It makes it much easier to lose weight when your recipes are fun, sustainable, and easy. The basics is calories in vs. calories out. You working out is good but at the end of the day, if you aren't in a caloric deficit you won't lose that belly fat.

It's true - I'm still at the beginning but trying to learn all I can to figure out the best focus I should have to invest in myself through crypto. Consistancy is something I need to do for sure - the hard part is seeing exactly where my focus should be!
