this is partly true and very personal to you. Nice comment all together.. i.e Yann tiersen doesnt always make ppl want to dance. A True pianist can evoke motion. Sadness, happiness etc.
Mr. Mitsuru NAGAI was born in Osaka in 1934. He studied piano at the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music. After his graduation, he taught piano at the Musashino Academia Musicae for 33 years. In 1994, he ended his music career to dedicate his life to church activities. After silence of more than 30 years, he once again started playing the piano. The performance of the old piano man reveals the genuine aspect of each masterpiece. His performance and music comfort our souls.
Thank you for the info... Now, I can understand why his playing is still very good at this age. It is virtually impossible for an amateur without strong training in the past can play at this level.
maybe you should try and play this piece ? you might understand better then. You can also look this song up using this method. Song name + Synthesia. That way you can appreciate how insanely complicated it is to play this. Have a nice day.
Rubbish. Why? 1) left hand is too loud( basic stuff) 2) no feeling 3) strange rhythms( tempo rubato doesnt mean u can change the tempo like this) Dont think u performed greatly
Ojisan, you play REALLY well...... I love your playing.
Perfect performance with single piano!
Brilliant melody !
Wow. The dynamic on the left hand is so precise!
It sounded fantastic and flawless
well done old man, you really play well
Bravissimo! Exzellente!

Very, very good!!!
he isn't playing with a lot of feeling for his music, playing notes is easy, but bringing it with feeling is hard
tres brillante very good.
great example of how light is faster than sound :)

Well said. I find that all his performances that I have listened to are at the very least very straightforward, honest renditions.

@LuckyPiano7 Piano playing can't be wonderful, without emotion..

круче исполнителя я не слышал.

show some respect.
this performance is not bad as you tell .
You’re just jealous Lisitsa.
At least, you can't be a good teacher of piano like him. You've no right to say the word "rubbish" to others pianists.
