Hey guys!
Today we will tell you about the architect and co-founder of our studio Andrus Bezdar's own house. This is the first part about his house and we'll choose the next video topic based on your comments. So write your questions in the video below and tell us what you want to know about this unique house.
It is a small country house in half-timbered technology, only 1500 square feet, but it looks bigger when you stay near. It's all because the house is designed in one story with an attached carport, all united under one roof.
The house has a lot of great features: span timber frame system on concrete basement with concrete walls, 70% glazing and 30% exterior walls, 13 feet cantilever, panoramic windows faces a beautiful landscape. But first things first. Check it out!

Where is this house built? I live in Romania and let's just say we haven't had the winters we used to have growing up but still, it can get minus 10 Celsius in winter and plus 38 in summer (for a few days).
That said I love these houses and how they look but in reality can I build a similar one in my weather conditions? Assuming insolation was well taught.

Very beautiful house looking from outside. But it won't pass US city inspection. Not sure whether exterior wood panel can last or keep the color. Suspended structure looks unique and beautiful, yet not necessary for salary feed people like me. It is an architecture house, definitely shows the designer is capable and smart.

Произношение реально неплохое, только не нужно произносить согласные так мягко. В английском мягких звуков всего 4 - жь, джь, чь, шь. И они не бывают твёрдыми. Остальные согласные всегда твердые и лишь слегка могут смягчаться перед некоторыми гласными. Ну и надо поработать над произношением R (меньше рычать) и TH.
В любом случае респект. Шапошников вон даже и не пытается сам озвучивать )

And Andrus, please, improve ur pronunciation! Sometimes it sounds awful, for now.
