Can we just take a moment to appreciate the level of detail that is present in set and props for this sub 3 minute scene! All of the cabinetry and the bottles of potions and lotions were all well placed to ensure that we believed that they were in a small Chemist shop. Not that I have ever walked into such a tiny Chemist shop here in Australia, ours are bigger and even bigger than they were at the time that this was filmed in the late 70s and early 80s. Now Chemist shops are all part of big chains, open 7 days a week, 9 to 9 for the most part with a small handful open until 11 or 12, but they are well spread out around the suburbs. The days of the family owned Chemist shop are now gone, some are partnerships but the majority are Corporations, with everyone in the store an employee, yes even the Chemist. At least one chain of Chemist shops has a dispensing machine for the packets of medicines and it works something like how the modern Coke machines work with a servo motor controlled scoop to go and collect the packets from the appropriate pigeon hole.
