  • This video would help to End user and service team to understand that MN delay unit output voltage is almost DC, that is why, MN delay unit is always used with DC MN coil.
A time delay unit eliminates the risk of nuisance tripping due to a transient voltage dip lasting less than 200 ms for fixed delay units and up to 3 seconds for adjustable units. For shorter micro-outages, a system of capacitors provides temporary supply to the MN at U greater than 0.7 Un to ensure non tripping.
MN delay unit have AC input voltage and DC output voltage. Refer the below details and references
    Delay unit 220-240 V 50/60 Hz_____ LV429427
    Delay unit 48 V 50/60 Hz__________ LV429426
    Delay unit 48 V DC/AC 50/60 Hz______ _33680
    Delay unit 100-130 V DC/AC 50/60Hz___ 33681
    Delay unit 200-250 V DC/AC 50-60Hz__ _33682
All above reference have DC output according to their input voltage.
