I know its been a while but I am looking a samsung laptop from 2013, today. I can only access bios when this message displays, and this message only displays when I remove any bootable devices... other odd behavior I've been experiencing is, while I can make changes and store them, at the time of bootup something fails and the boot priority gets back to default which first option is windows boot manager (right into a automatic system repair loop) Let me tell you this, this is the first time I've encounter something like this, never ever I had been encounter with a bios bugging out. I've been thinking of changing the drive, or install windows to the drive in a different notebook and then taking it in the samsung one just as a workaround this but is so much frustrating not being able to know what the hell is going on, anyone else experienced something like this?
Hi! Thx for this! I've tried it a few times but then the laptop keeps coming back to the same original command "all boot options are tried" 😭😭😭 What do I do then? Please help! Earlier on today I upgraded it from windows 8 to 8.1 (using the setup exe from Microsofts page) and then when I tried to upgrade to windows 10 using the same method, first the blue screen came on and now this crap :/ If I press F4 first to give it another go and starts installing and then stops again and keeps going to the "all boot options" thing... Thank you! 🙏🙏🙏
@@jesse-fx5rj Hi, sounds like it's not recoginizing your drive. Sometimes this can be fixed by changing the bootorder in the BIOS - or worst case the drive is faulty/deas. Here is a link that may help :) www.technewstoday.com/reboot-and-select-proper-boot-device/
Mmm interesting.. Force shutdown and try the proceedure again (Hold power button approx 60sec). If still no start.. Deplug power (Deplug/remove the battery.. press/hold power button for 60sec to drain any residual current - re-plug in, then try again). As most Samsung batteries can't be removed just de-plug power (wait 5-10min, press/hold power button for 60sec -then re-plug in, then try again). Another way to enter the BIOS on some Samsung laptops is to hit 'Power' then keep tapping F10 --> then use arrow down select 'Enter Setup'. If still happens then try if can connecting to an external monitor (As you may have a faulty LCD panel or possibly an internal BIOS battery failing). Hope some of these options steer you in the right direction :)
@@lumikani4826 well, i had to buy a new SSD, After that the selection showed up and i could get my pc back booting it with the ssd. It got no memory left :(

If it keeps looping after F4 fix, then a good possibility that you have a bad/faulty SSD.
Brilliant - you just made my day! 👌
You're welcome :)
I already try it and after a day's it went back to that problem, and i tried it again but not working anymore, is there other options?
I have the same problem! It didn't work for me :/

@jafabarks174 Thank you so much
Same, no OS selection.
What if the screen goes black after this, and the screen blacks out you can't see anything?
