That is allot of work to fix them so they do not get aggressive! a ton of weight to control, just worry that they might go while you are fixing them with the band. have you found the remains in the fields? it is neat that your family all help with the process. the cattle are really attracted to the mineral block.
In the past we have given a tetanus shot while banding but we never have given the shot while cut castration so we did not do a tetanus shot this year we will see how it works out but so far so good
