I use to meditate on Yantras to be more receptive to energies, a Yantra is a form created by Yogis to comunicate with the forces of Shiva, Krishna , Vishnu, Kalì etc etc, they are similar to Buddhist Mandalas but less complex in structure. I usually also chant the Maha Mantra of Krishna in the Chakras, is a very powerful method to feel better,to open the chakras and be more receptive. If you meditate on the Shiva Yantra you will be more receptive to the energies of Shiva and so on. I use an app called Himalayan Meditation that have a lot of beautiful Guided Meditations with Mantras, Yantras and a lot ancient techniques. 🙏🕉 Om Nama Shivaya 🙏

Crossing the abyss and activating the entire system is absolutely life changing, and dangerous if you don’t have both the mental fortitude and environment. While it seems exciting to have this power, some of the things you knew or held on to as “real” vanish, as you will then innerstand the Truth of this place, this experience and this reality. This isn’t a door you can just open and close, once you open it every thing changes, but at least not only will you be enlightened, you ultimately broke out of the reincarnation loop by ascending and fully activating.

Then came Gautama Buddha,He said if killing animals is religion, then forget religion, There is no God but Shunya. Then came in Shri Adi Shankaracharya , he tried to elevate people further Shankaracharya said , there is nothing like shunya like what Buddha says , there is an Atma ( you) and a Paramatma ( Supreme God) , at a given spiritual state Atma and Paramatma becomes One. Ie You can become God Advaita Philosophy 4. Then came in Madhwacharya. Dharma is the righteously way of living . This is eternal and hence called Sanathana Dharma . Around 30:31 after I listened to both of you this just came to me instantly! I do not even wanna say it, in a way cos , it might sound like I am pointing something!😄 But, I kind of see what Roger's way or his inclinations towards what he was describing! Anyway I am saying it now ..😄 It is always, well described in yogic ways, never to have any expectations when such initiations or any spiritual consecrations are happening to oneself! Because, putting an expectation would imply,defining what we already want/ desire! But in reality what is happening in initiations is that we are entering in a space where we truly do not know what is happening ! In such a place/ space where we do not know what is happening, it is best we leave out everything we have concluded, expected, agreed, disagreed, believed, not believed, cos it acts as the big hindrance/ barrier between receiving the transmission as we will not be open honestly/ entirely/ truly to what is being offered and we may miss it! But if we accept the very fundamental that we are looking for an initiation cos we truly do not know , we might receive it gracefully,cos when we have accepted it from our hearts, there is no way to be other than to surrender to the guru! And in that moment of openness , transmission works ! These are just my experience and not some advice or a pointing...I am just sharing! 😄 I feel that we are more open when we really see it for ourselves that we truly know hardly anything! The mind does not like this 😄! It wants to know, it wants to be smart and all knowing all the time ..But mind has always failed to grasp existence as it is impossible! I feel that is the reason , why we do not know much! And it is sensible and reasonable to let the transmission happen according to what the guru decides ,and not how we picture it in ourselves or expect it from ourselves! ♥️🙏🏻

Because Shiva is one of the names of GOD who is formless , Shiva means "that which is not" , this is one of the aspects of GOD ... There are Yogic practices designed to activate the Chakras, but they first must be learned by Qualified teachers... I have yet to dive into theses practices, but from what I've learned so far, it is best not to worry about them until you are ready for some true guidance... They will take care of themselves for the most part as we advance spiritually...
