If you empower any man to walk into women's spaces unchallenged, that's a problem. If you punish women for pointing out when there's a suspect man in the changing rooms and for listening to their own instincts, that's a problem. If you make other men more wary about challenging predatory behavior , that's a problem. We've seen where all of this leads. But I'm glad he thinks that "on balance, it's better", the balance being women's safety and dignity.
We've seen it already in women's changing rooms, the women are the ones demonised for complaining, my DIL was assaulted by a man in the ladies for saying this is the ladies, he said so what there's nothing you can do about it and pushed her into the wall.
