I don’t know how to define high quality, but in a factory like this, I cannot imagine any products from here a high quality.

I didn’t see the stain removal and activation treatment on the surface of the fan blades before painting, I didn’t see the dynamic balance test of the fan blades, I didn’t see the high-temperature curing treatment of the paint, I didn’t see the use of fixtures in the treatment of the motor shell, which means that the product is non-standardized.
In fact, the processing of basically all parts does not use customized fixtures, which also means that the products are not standardized. I have not seen the aging test of the motor, and there are too many.
I do know how to define high quality and this is not it! This garbage isn't even as good as the crap they sell at the home centers! I'm amazed they actually have a coil winder, too bad it works so poorly, this is just one of the reasons that cheap fans have that obnoxious humming sound while running and I'm sure that the cockeyed threads on that shaft won't matter...much.

This work is more enjoyable than school torture. Moreover he earns. Leads a better life than most of unemployed graduated youths. This kid if all safety precautions are followed will become expert in assembling and one day can set his own unit. In schools kids also learn to steal, abuse, bully, undergo teacher torture, psychological pressure, etc apart from the so called "education".

С опаской смотрел, но понимал что добром это не кончиться. Сначала резец в руках. Потом электрик в каске с надписью "Дурафан"и жилет с шильдиком "Дура" Следом 3-х резцовый ЧПУ с ручным приводом. О боже нееееет шлицевая отвёртка в шурупов., нет ,в дрели. Наворачивание писюлины из которой провода и вуаля штанга! Нет, а что? Агаа секретный инженер 12 лет случайно собрал гравицапу. И тут до меня дошло ДУРАФАН! ФАН! Но причём тут Дура? Аа и так сойдёт.

It is a factory in Pakistan for sure. Look at the attire worn by employees. This is not a OSHA approved or a quality factory but the workers are knowledgeable unlike many American plants where the operator doesn't know what he / she is doing and simply loads the part in a machine and takes it out regardless its good or not. There are NO white collar bosses walking around and have to admire the workmanship than criticizing. This works for their market and quite likely they are exported under a brand label put in by big corporations.

Yeah, high quality manufacturing in such an extremely dirty environment 😂. They install rusty axles, mess up the screw heads and children make the electrical connections. This production is light years away from high quality.
