I think what MAPPA is doing is Instead of giving it a big budget instead they give it time to polish the animation instead plus 2025 might be JJK culling game so most staff will focus on jjk

The first trailers for the first season of Hell's Paradise showed animation and an atmosphere completely different from what the anime ended up being; in the anime, everything felt very basic, while the trailers looked like a movie-level production. If anything, what's in this trailer might not even be the final product; it's probably just marketing to attract viewers, and the anime will end up being completely different.
