Anybody that is upset by their change in tone or lyrics to more happier themes needs to truly listen to what is being sung about! How can anybody be mad that someone is happier than they once were? This entire album is an incredible journey, especially compared to the dark and self loathing in the past. I’m super happy for Caleb and this song in particular is amazing ❤️
@@thedoggydad that and the vinyl records they made aren't just plain black they have multiple colored one but the one I got was are dark pink that had certain see through spots and some parts on the side are completely clear
Caleb is such an inspiration for all of us dealing with depression, so many succumb to substances to bury the shit! It's fucking hard dealing with yourself and your fucked up brain chemistry. I've been there. I drink and drugged myself through my teens, twenties and a good portion of my 30's until I met my wife. She made me realize that I'm worth much more than my parents, high school bullies and awful people out there made me feel. It wasn't until later that I went to therapy and realized that a lot of my emotions, attitude and thought patterns were driven by the influences of the past. Things outside of my control made me feel worse about myself. All on top of having major OCD tendencies (feeling like I needed to have control since I never did when I was a child) and more autistic like ADHD symptoms. My therapist gave me a place to start from addessing the things that controlled my brain and made me realize I'm in control!

They just released a schedule for their 2024 North American tour, So I would definitely check that out and see if they're coming to a city near you. I'm going February 25th in Portland.

Music had been the only thing so far in my experience having cPTSD that will allow me to process what I’m feeling and I’m not understanding it all… It’s really hard to know what we’re feeling during an episode (and I’ve been a pretty self aware person so this is incredibly off feeling for me). So I put on my playlists with the bands I connect with most and catharsis happens even if I don’t know what trauma it’s related to. It heals me without me needing to know what song I need. If this is insanely confusing, I apologize cause I just smoked for pain haha ai yi yi…if I can think of a better way to word this when my brain pan is more functional I’m gonna post the SHIT out of it😂 Sending you loads of love dude❤
