I give you as an example a goaltender fight in hockey they don't happen often even 20 years ago but when they did you can bet it was because a player was cheapshot hard & the goaltenders thought it worth the suspension that would likely come for leaving their net to even talk trash. And now there punishment is even harsher.

The other players hair got wrapped around her hand and at no point was she gripping any hair since we can clearly see her hand was open through out the play. It really is befuddling honestly, why long hair as a rule, isn’t wrapped up when on the court. No rules to how long or what style but on the court it should be wrapped or kept up tight.
