I watched Breaking Bad as soon as it came out just because I knew that Bryan Cranston was the main character

I appreciate that the writers didn’t go for the “photo where everyone’s in the middle of fighting” trope at 6:31. The fact that they pretended to be a collected family that gets along for the moment the photo was taken was leagues more realistic.
Lois wasn't going to lose that battle!
They avoided the joke because they were above that obvious cliché
You never met MY family. Of course, the difference was that I had and older brother and sister … and two younger brothers. Yep, I was the one in the middle. My older brother and I were always going at it. (The younger brothers were 8 years younger, so they were stuck with fighter each other.)
This show to me, was peak 90's early 2000's humor. What a great show.

I feel like Jane Kaczmarek's performance as Lois gets overlooked in this show, her reactions & put downs are never not pitch perfect.
she's amazing, i honestly cant think of anyone who can act like her for that role

Nah as an adult, Lois is an unhinged psycho and basically causes half of the family's problems (except Reese, he's a problem all his own).
She's sympathetic to some degree and does her best but her best is not very good, just like the rest of them lmao.
She's still extra since they are better ways to get what she wants but she usually goes for the extreme one. Grounding doesn't solve anything, it makes it worse, trust me, I know. She should use her sandal, which worked for me. I never misbehave again, but I was scared for my childhood. Mom used her sandal and dad used his belt on me and my siblings, it worked. My parents had four kids too. I have an older brother, an older sister, and a second older brother, I am the youngest. So Lois should use her sandal and Hal should use his belt.
Also, Lois is kind of hot.

For me the best is when lois and hal want special time but jamie is awake, then they turn on the radio cuz he is just a baby and boys in the other room react to the music with an pstd scene xdd

The cold opening about the kids turning violent when their rights and spaces are randomly taken away is actually accurate.
Kids don't have rights and they should be grateful to have any space.
You missed the best one: Dewey should clean the dishes. What he actually started to do it playing a nice melody with the glasses. It shows that he seems to be very talented. In that moment, Lois is shouting from the off "DEWEY. STOP THAT AND CLEAN THE DISHES! 😂
It wasn’t just a nice melody, it was one of Beethoven’s symphonies

Bryan Cranston has said that if he did one more season of Malcolm in the Middle he wouldn’t have played Walter White, so I for one am pretty glad it ended when it did. However, I would absolutely love a reboot where the boys are all grown up.

Hank is just the persona that Walt is using to hide away. Walt/Hank is just putting on the personality that he is an idiot. He lets the new wife think he's like that.
Quite frankly, I love the idea that a Malcolm in the Middle "Where are they now" happens where it's revealed about Hank's past. Lois tries scolding him. Just for him to ignore her. All this time Lois was under the impression that she was the one in charge of the family. But in actuality....
But of course then you'd have to ignore lots of issues and plotholes that would arise.
They did a short special with Bryan Cranston and Jane Kaczmarek (Hal and Lois) a couple of years ago after Breaking Bad had finished. It was Hal waking up in bed having dreamed the events of BB. Pretty funny concept.
The second opening is exactly what having ADHD is like, at least for me.
One of my favorites wasn't here but, it was with Hal, Dewey, and Lois with the spider lmao
I'm so thankful I was watching this masterpiece when it first aired on tv! Loved the episode of the one where Hal teaches Malcolm to rollerskate, those training wheels and Hals glitter suit! The whole programme is amazing, even now! You still cry with laughter!!

This was the first show I ever binged when I got access to the internet. There was a laugh in every episode.
Malcolm in the middle is one best shows ever . It has perfect balance of being both adult and children show , it's only shows who has 4 separate stories in every episode.
I've never understood freaking out if you wake past your start time. You're already extremely late. Chill out. Just get there, clean and energetic. If you skip breakfast because you're late, you're late AND hungry.
He's trying to minimize the problem. It's one thing to walk in cool and collected at 10:30. It's another to rush in frazzled and destroyed at 10.

Every season was a hit man what a lovely show it was the lucky part is a friend of mine suggested this series back in 2008 I probably watched this show 3-4 times both in Englisch and German even tho my native language is Turkish but I'm sure I wouldn't have watched the show if the friend didn't tell me about this one so I'm so happy
