Drajeweled can be played pretty budget last I checked, the grade 4 is the most expensive at around 10 bucks each, but the rest of the new support cards are less than a dollar per copy, the biggest thing you miss out on is shield from noctursio but you have a lot of cheap dark states draw to get you to a scary grade 4 turn.
@@deckflare3770 I completely forgot about that, it’s definitely a hinderance to offense but the grade 1 still gives you 4 attacks and that’s been enough for me, but I haven’t played against the other big two yet.
Barvasgra is "good": I mean, it's tempo but there's no multi-attacking with the deck. If bushi prints a new card for Barvsagra that allows multi attacking or they put an errata on Barvs that adds another effect for multi-attacking, like Jheva. Btw, is there any way to make a budget Jheva deck in this meta?
A word of caution regarding the Dragontree Wretch in Stoicheia - it can only add back normal orders, whilst all the Mushiking move cards are set orders. It does loop back Ye Wandering Souls, but that's not always useful, and eats soul which isn't a resource the deck can spend freely. Diantha is probably the best option to go recycle Mushrooms or retired beetles whilst being a beefy 13k booster, and she might even fall in the budget, though failing that Ellenia performs a similar role at the cost of using soul (she's not a booster, but does give any mushi she calls 5k). Also I'd be wary of building Bavsagara now - Trickmoon's getting another reprint in the Triple Drive set, so holding out on them will probably save money that can be redirected to something else.
Still good, early game a bit fragile but late game is great and tanky. By having Stefanie behind VG, Bruce being 18K helps a lot with guarding. Niles with 20k shield is a big help too. Setup wise, Julian and Jamil can help with board setups, and Geno helps with fetching PG or persona ride copy from soul depending on your situation. I can share you my list if you are interested :3
Vanguard’s affordability changes quite frequently. Like with other games though, if you own staples, buy a little bit of product, and then trade regularly with the people at locals, it’s not all that expensive.
@@jacobjensen7704 And people are becoming more quick to realize that just because a card looks generic it means it'll be played in every deck thus should be $30+. Those $35 Freiheit and Combine Rusher incidents are much less frequent now.
These decks are all hot trash and die in a month when stride decks come out at 60$ apiece. That’s why they’re cheap, you guys are coping on affordability. I would know, I got third with heroes at locals… also mushiking is the best deck listed by far, so ignore everything except for that
How about you make some vanguard content to show off what you think are the correct lists, tough guy. AND Standard is such a casual favored format that who cares about the competitive landscape of this "did I see my pieces" game mode that Bushi shoves down our throats. Also local tops don't mean anything of value :)
@@treseph_ I should make vanguard content if this is the competition, because I truly believe that spending money on any of these decks is a huge waste when stride decks come out in a month. Shiranui and luard will both mop the floor with these decks without any upgrades...
@deckflare3770 At least I didn't recommend a garbage 3 attack deck with a 20$ OT as a "budget deck". (basavagra) and a garbage 5 attack deck that loses on turn 4 (bruce) because its gimmick is "final rush" but it literally cannot kill anybody on its "final rush turn" because it's been power crept out the meta. LIke i said before, this list is especially garbage considering 60$ for either of the stride decks will beat all of these decks except for maybe mushiking.

Rockargour sadly is $40 each still ☠️. Hopefully triple drive booster really knocks it down

How will Bruce compete with the Shiranui meta? Is the deck hopeless against shiranui?
Oh seeing Minerva on this breaks my heart, I bought her at full price lmao 🤣

Anybody playtested with Bruce and see how it performs?

@@taufiqqqhere I'm still waiting to see your list lol
Vanguard players are now laughing at Yugioh when it comes to affordability.
Lol agreed
I got cjet for 20 bucks
Im currently upgrading em without the staples
Hes currently 30 bucks roughly
Building bavs was hard for me cuz single parts are hard to comeby
Vanguard has become a lot more affordable IMO these daysc

Congrats on top 3 at locals with B-Heroes! That unlocks the ability to have goofy ass takes like this one 🤣🤣
