Fun Fact: Gigguk met the creator of Fairy Tail, told him he wasn't really a fan of the series, the creator told him no problem and gave him a signed t-shirt.
It's just... really good. Some of the best sound design I've ever heard in an anime and it's in a slice of life. And, from what I've heard, really close to its source material. Well lads, next figure/LN collection that I have to explain to any potential romantic interest.
Fun fact: the little sister in _Too Many Losing Heroines_ isn't actually sus, she's just really, REALLY enthusiastic about her big brother making friends. She's also unexpectedly savage and very funny. Strong recommendation 👍
21:53 The funny thing about 2.5D Seduction is that it is surprisingly deep, the later half of the story is dealing with pretty heavy emotional stuff and they even have profound philosophical discussions. Also a lot of memes and references. And the manga is gorgeous, thoroughly recommend. The anime will get to the best part around season 2 I reckon.
As much as I'd like to clown on Gimai Seikatsu/Days with my stepsister due to it's name, it's legimately good slow burner drama. I'd honestly recommend giving it a try.
Crunchyroll? Nah, Zoro! Which is now BetterAnime, HiAnime... Right off the batch I have to say: While Suicide Squad surprised me in a good way, Wistoria stays as my favorite anime for this season, if not for the entire year - and we had Kaiju No.8, which was my favorite for that season!
Days with my step sister is, in my eyes, one of the best romance animes this season despite the fierce competition because it just feels so...natural. The difficulty on how to deal with each other, the sound and graphic design, the lack of fanservice and cliches, the extended moments of awkward silence and even the whole process of falling for a step sibling is just *chef kiss* The fact that i can totally see the story happening irl gives its special kind of charm.
the first episode of the robot anime is kinda cringe since it looks like a dude trying to rizz his rice cooker, but it becomes obvious that the robot is way more advanced then she needs to be honestly they could turn it very easily into a horror because there's very obvious signs that the robot is doing things outside her programming and going directly against his commands
Unironically Wistoria is gonna be peak once it ends bc- well, after watching a...2 hour recap of the manga, its safe to know what will be shown at the end of s1, & trust me, it will be REALLY GOOD
You got a dauther? Anywya nice story I also meet few kids who would watch/play same stuff all over again including my sister as well (I was also same with cars movie :p).
It was one those i'd already started reading then popped up with an anime adaptation like a week later, Same thing happened with 2.5D seduction, though the anime isn't as faithful to the manga in the sense that the manga is much more.... cultured. The manga lures you in with the "culture" then sneakily hooks you into the story without you realising. Would highly recommend both.
Alya is peaked. 100k views In Philippines alone in Ani-one (Philippines). Which is alot. For a single country. And average 300k views at original Ani-one channel. And constantly in Top 5 😂.
i'd add Alya but i have some bias towards anime that at least tries to speak in my mother tongue (not really good tbh but credit where credit's due, they at least try to pronounce things somewhat correctly)
And he'll STILL not think that he's as strong as everyone else. Dude is so dense that black holes run away from him for fear of being crushed under the sheer crushing force of his stupidity.
Okay look...it's no Citizen Kane, but 2.5 Dimension Seduction is far better than its premise lets on. It's far more about cosplay and the friendships around it. The characters are really strong and the love triangle aspect is constantly taking a back seat. There's even a canon lesbian relationship in the series between two of the adult characters. And despite the ecchi nature of the show the relationship itself is super wholesome. It's just...unfortunately it takes a few volumes in the manga for it to really hit its stride, and for the anime...that means probably seven or eight episodes at least. I don't blame anyone for bouncing off of it, and despite my praise it's still got a lot of the love triangle/harem stuff sprinkled throughout the series. It's also not shy about being horny. But it's definitely a hidden gem, if like me you can stomach the generic rom-com side.
I kinda liked it as well, but I'd definitely recommend the manga over the anime to anyone who is interested in it because the anime tones down the fan service quite a bit. I say this because I think the kind of people who would like this series are likely to be the kind of people who appreciate some fan service from time to time.
calling it a hidden gem is just plain hyperbole, let's be honest, it's a half eaten open bag of chips that's been sitting on the couch for a few hours, it's not inedible and someone will still want to eat it.
Fun Fact: Gigguk met the creator of Fairy Tail, told him he wasn't really a fan of the series, the creator told him no problem and gave him a signed t-shirt.
Chad maneuver
And that is why we call Mashima the GOAT
Where did it happen?
@@Torchy217 I'm not sure I heard the story in Gigguk's video going over the trailers from this season.
Mashima is actually a monster at work. Bro draws too fast
Can confirm, Days with my stepsister is 100% legit

Yep before the anime aired I've read it up until volume 7 and the anime adaptation is a pretty faithful adoption, can't wait for it to adopt volume 4.

7:33 Trust me when I say that this is a decent romance anime & wincest is just an act to test the Russian girl's commitment to the protag. 👍✨
16:10 bro was speechless
btw, crunchyroll shelved Initial-D. actual warcrime.
the elusive samurai and how to become ordinary are at the top of my list for recommendations this season

story about ur daughter and mashle op made my day

You know the one that has the line: "Russia greatest love machine..."
Me as an adault: Chicken is on sale?!"
Reject Lucky Charms and accept oatmeal.
19:54 Atomic Heart left a big footprint in the industry
2:40 tricorn hat supremacy!
20:00 finally an anime for Ad Mech fans.
I recommend Makeine and How to become ordinary this season
i am paying crunchy for my conscience ( and maybe an argument point for whatever reason) but watch somewhere else xD
4:32 You daughter is so based already, even at her age. She can be too powerful for this world in future!
18:40 Sound Bean Gigachad X Dr Livesey phonk moment.

0:16 Ahh shit, here we go again
id rec like 5 of these i like this season :)
Too many loosing heroines is the sleeper hit of the season.
Nobody expected anything from it and took the comunity compleatly by surprise,
12:33 I'd question my life too tbh.
I don't get why people hate suicide squad isekai so much tho.
18:39 No, but my wallet sure can...
ty for saying fuck you to crunchyroll

Hanime is legitimately a better anime streaming service than Crunchyroll
What's the issue with Suicide Squad Isekai?
Makeine is the only anime that I'd recommend anyone to watch this season.

If you like seinen stuff , the fable is pretty damn good
Confirming. It's so delightfully awkward and positive.
Yeah, possibly oshi no ko as well
WHYS NOBODY SAYING THE ELUSIVE SAMURAI!!!
He didn't talk about MAYONAKA PUNCH at all. Shame.
By the way, The hero in "I Parry Everything" casually parry magic blast from a black dragon that can destroy a city twice.
And he'll STILL not think that he's as strong as everyone else. Dude is so dense that black holes run away from him for fear of being crushed under the sheer crushing force of his stupidity.
If you want a bit more mature Seinen stuff I’d recommend The fable, it’s really good, it’s a shame how underrated Seinen titles are
18:40 what song is this
@jamcalx says it's Gigachad X Dr Livesey by Sound Bean
