Storm was always consistently awesome and composed in those movies.
She was terrible, and not just because of the "there's nothing wrong with us - the beautiful demigod who conjures storms says to the girl who kills anything she touches" memes, these movies were the wolverine show and most of the x-men barely had characters

If you think about it.... After Charles Xavier dies Magneto didn't need his helmet anymore..... Unless he was using it for protection from Jean 🤔

Imagine being on that bridge on the way to work and then just floating away. That would be a hard sell to your boss. “Yeah so boss you know the mutants on the news. I’m currently on the bridge and you see floating on the tv with them. I’ll be in when I can I guess”
nope most of the cars occupants was used as material in the fight..so it was shown
Guessing it was an acrimonious 3 sec shot of lady clicking her car door to lock, and thinking...whew I am safe? nope we all saw what happened! This could be called a ZEN moment tho. Zen.. running away for a tiger in India, one crashes on the river area thru tall brushes, then falling onto thick roots of trees half shown at edge of land. BELOW, crocodiles. 10 maybe? Then as one assess ones situation, one sees some wild strawberries growing on same roots. One stops enjoys the 10~~15 berries::ahh the ZEN of it all! Trouble behind, trouble ahead, just enjoying the berries while one can! THE MOMENT...pure ZEN

My whole thing with last stand is that the mutants were hard to distinguish. Like yes I know this guy is suppose to be spike but nothing other then the power itself distinguishes him. It's like a random npc with spikes powers

That's why we got a movie done by a director with no passion, and a limited story overstuffed with characters, just so he could sell more toys

They go from about a 1/2 hour for sunset to about 2 minutes in the floating bridge moment. Which is supposed to be about 3 minutes of walking and 1 minute of floating. So where does the other 25 minutes go.? And why doesn't the wall phaser, like Kitten just run with Incredible Blackheads( Spiney Boy) and Slapper( Shockwave) out the building door( already being on Magnetos side. And knowing what's going on. Why didn't she just phase to some back wall jetties and wait for further commands? Much of the battle ( and these are god level beings) doesn't make sense. Breath of Fire, Superfast Healer, etc. Drink some lemonade, it's business I guess.

You know, I think Simon Kinberg did a better job as a director in Dark Phoenix than Brett Ratner in TLS

This movie was sooooooo terrible!!!! Brett Ratner did worst than the other guy. They were so Wolverine obsessed they forget to develop the other characters. So happy marvel is redoing this
