I'm so sorry to hear about what you and your son have gone through. It must have been very hurtful. Stigmatization and demeaning comment as such and that too by an executive member of TCCC?? I’m shocked! I want you to know that you have every right to speak up, and your voice can bring about real change for other parents who have special need child. I believe there are steps you can take to hold the individual accountable and push for a better environment for your son and others. 1. Lodge a formal complaint in writing to TCCC. 3. Request for ASD sensitivity awareness/training for Board members and teachers. 4. Seek a meeting with the TCCC board. 5. Contact Autism Ontario/Canada for guidance and support. 6. Contact human rights commission. If you feel this issue is not being taken seriously. Because if he said what he said about your son in a derogatory in relation to his autism is a discrimination based on disability. 🙏
@@FreeManOG la, thank you so so much for your kind empathy and understanding means a lot 🙏🙏🙏. And also thank you so much for all your kind supportive suggestions . I thank you from bottom of my heart ❤️ ❤️❤️
@@tenzinnyernga3672 thank you so much for your kind empathy towards my boys. I very much appreciate your kind thoughtfulness 🙏❤️🙏. Today I not speaking for my son only. I m so sorry to hear that Pasang La That person who ever it is should resign cuz there are lots of special needs kids n no kids should be called that way…it’s just insane n we should take zero tolerance..Stay strong and blessed always
@@Samten-m1y thank you so much for your kind empathy, compassion and understanding🙏🙏🙏 . I am trying very hard to create awareness about autism and everyone should treated with respect and dignity. I really need support to make changes in our Tibetan community. . Like you said , Zero tolerance when staff members bully / discriminating or harassment . We Tibetan people mind should be 21st century. Not 1950 . , I wrote a letter to our community president about things happened with my children. And requested all the board members should have little training how to treat with children/ specially with special needs kids. Please keep supporting ❤️❤️
Passang la I'm so sorry that happened to you and your family, I know in our TCCC there is lot's of Discrimination happen all the time. Now you know why I don't go there.
