An Editing Technique to Dramatize the Sky and Buildings in Photoshop

Watch with English subtitles on.
Using Photoshop, I'll edit an architectural photo to give it a dark atmosphere. I'll attempt to replace the sky and create a flowing cloud effect. For the building's windows and walls, I'll use the Dodge & Burn technique to enhance the contrast.
