Sales have been pretty good for me lately and selling a bit of everything. Oddly, Ive been selling model train parts. I got a big box of stuff for $6 because of a Dremel part that was in it. Turns out there was lots of loose tracks and several NIP parts. Havent listed the loose stuff but listed all the others and they sold quickly. I didn't expect that at all! All HO gauge. The only thing I didnt sell is clothing. All the other catagories had sales though...art, books, jewelry, camera, hosiery, patterns, kits...a bit of everything. The last few weeks have been good, makes me think everyone got tax refunds already.
It’s all good. I’m happy you’re doing well and life is good. I’m behind on everything too. Spring is a busy time and I feel like I’m getting behind with my eBay listing but I’m getting other things done.
Love all your videos and that fabulous MCM tension pole lamp you have ! Like you my fave to find is Mid Century Modern anything. Early last year I found 2 tension pole lamps, 1- at an estate sale, and the other at local Habitat Restore ( in the same week ). My 25 year old Son saw them and wanted both. So happy that he shares the MCM decor...hard to come across here in South Georgia !
Yeah I got that super cheap at a yard sale. 👍🏻👍🏻 Most private sales sell MCM cheap here - it’s not the rustic MT vibe that most people want but I notice professionally run estate sales go high. More move-ins from CA and WA so I have a little more competition! lol. Just got a shadow box mirror for $1 that I’ll show soon!
I don't think it matters whether you mix up the theme of each video's or not. Not for me anyway, I just enjoy seeing what other resellers are doing. I just sold a pair of German Dressage boots that I picked up at goodwill for $9. They needed some TLC but it was worth it because they sold for $150. I thought they would take a long time because the size had worn away, so had to do measurements and also I think they were custom made too.
Please don't apologise for frequency of videos! We can just rewatch old ones until a new one drops. :)

That could be! It's usually really slow for me during the beginning of April due to taxes but it seems my slow time was more in March...
