And kept soloing and that's basically how AC/DC eventually got its sound 😂

I have seen them live numerous times and they were GREAT ever time! I see a lot of requests for certain songs by AC/DC but a truly under rated song with a lot of soul is Night Prowler!!!
Great review, I did a little research and found out some information about this concert. "An AC/DC concert from Buenos Aires in December 2009 when nearly 200,000 fans, over 3 sold-out nights, thunderously welcomed them back after a 13-year absence from Argentina. "
yeah they play in buenos aires in 96 and then came back in 2009, fun fact about the concerts is that there were buildings shaking and cracking near the stadium for the earth movement off the people jumping in the field ( this also happen in footbal matches, all people jumping but they are in the stands so there is no impact directly on ground) after this show concerts were banned in river stadium.
First big live show I ever saw. LA guns opened for AC/DC at the Seattle coliseum . 1991 Razors edge tour. Still to this day the loudest concert I have seen, and I have been to a lot of shows.
Here is a list that you should try: -Let There be Rock - official video or Live at Apollo Theatre -Whole Lotta Rosie (Live at River Plate) -TNT (Live at River Plate) -Riff Raff Live at Apollo Theatre - The Jack Live at River Plate - Its a Long Way to The Top (If you wanna Rock n Roll)
Most definitely do "It's a Long Way to the Top (If you Wanna Rock n Roll). The one with the original singer, Bon Scott and the band are on a tray truck driving through the streets of Melbourne. This is from early in their careers.
As some of the other commenters have mentioned, the move the guitarist is doing is called the "duck walk," which was popularized by one of the absolute monsters of rock and roll (and some say the originator), Chuck Berry.
Got to see AC/DC live back in 2010 in New Zealand, awesome live band, the way you heard them there is how they sound, and the crowd sing with them and move with them, you should do more AC/DC for sure, great reaction by the way 👌👍🤘🤘

When you consider that the songs are older than most of the audience, that makes it even more impressive. I doubt that today's "superstar" can do anything like that!
@@RB-vc7ub I know. I saw them in concert. I’m a boomer. They didn’t really hit till the tail end of the 70s. All the rest was in the 80s. I remember when Bon Scott died. When they were able to replace him and still stay on top, it was shocking. Bon Scott had such an unusual voice.
I remember as a kid in the late 70s when my uncle intro'd AC/DC to me, he handed me a tennis racket and we both headbanged to them. My neck hurt like a SOB the next day but it was the most fun I've had discovering a band's music. 🤘🏼
Hi Guys, this was at Live at River Plate in 2009, in Argentina, the song itself is from their 1990 album The Razors Edge, the lead singer is Brian Johnson, the lead guitarist is Angus Young, the dance you just seen is called the duck walk, he got it from Chuck Berry, who did it first!! 😀 😀 AC /DC were formed in Sydney, Australia, in 1973 by Scottish born brothers Malcolm and Angus Young, they are still rockin today in 2021 😀 😀 The current line up is : Brian Johnson, 73, on vocals Cliff Williams, 71, on bass guitar Stevie Young, 64, on rhythm guitar Phil Rudd, 67, on the drums Angus Young, 66, on lead guitar The rhythm guitarist in this video is Malcolm Young, who very sadly passed away in 2017 aged 64, due to dementia 🙏🙏 Current rhythm guitarist Stevie Young is the nephew of Angus and the late Malcolm Young!! 😀 😀 RIP, Malcolm Young, 1953 - 2017 🙏 🙏
Actually he got the job because he sounded like Bon Scott. The original front man and singer. If you listen to highway to Hell, you can see what I mean.
These guys have been rock legends rockin out for decades. Ever since Angus (the guitarist) was rushing home from school still in his school uniform to play (hence his school uniform he wears on stage). Not many bands can still be awesome decades later. And no one rocks out like Angus lol. It's really cool to see some old clips of them and compare them to the newer ones where they still kick ass and see how great they are
You have to watch them play "For Those About To Rock" Live! It will blow your minds and nobody ever reacts to it. Its the song they always end their concerts with cause its their Grand Finale!
Hats off to you guys for picking a video that has Malcolm Young in it. Malcolm Young is the other guitarist in the background who passed away a few years back not the same without that Rhythm player who also happened to write almost every single song that they've ever came out with him and his brother Angus have been the backbone of this band since day one and all they are is a little bar band that made it big.
This is ACDC after 30 years of touring already, try their first performances live wise, you'll freak OUT how powerful Brian's vocals are back then 💯💯💯💯💯
There were three concerts at the River Plate stadium with almost 200,000 people at each concert. And yes everyone in the crowd was singing along even though they're mostly Argentinian and speak Spanish. Even though recognised as an Australian band the group were formed by the kids of people who emigrated to Australia from the UK; notably Scotland. Apparently in the winter of 1962-63 Scotland, in particular, had the worst weather on record with snow eight feet deep. At the same time the Australian government was offering assisted travel to Australia for people who want to emigrate from the UK. So Angus, Malcolm and George, who was in AC/DC initially, arrived in Australia and formed the band.
I think they were in their 50's when they played this concert and I think there was 200,000 people there (Not sure) but said the fans jumping registered as a small earthquake

Angus, the lead guitarist was a Schoolboy when the band formed and often turned up in uniform to practice. He kept the uniform as a signature item. Phil Rudd was a drumming animal - during recording sessions he would wreck his snare drum and they would always have to have a replacement on hand.
Loving your exposure to different genres of music! The reactions you show are as classic as the music you are experiencing I often set the house to play this genre when my g-kids visit - their reactions to "that old stuff" are as awesome as yours
I can’t believe how popular this video got. Ive been a fan for so long and even seen them in concert but, this particular song doesn’t even make my top 10 ACDC list. Happy tho, for the recognition they still get.
Please keep in mind that they were in their late 50s to 60s during that performance. I believe AC/DC's first album came out in 1972. It says a lot that there are 25-year-olds in the crowd getting pumped up for guys that are 57 to 60 years old playing their asses off. It's blues/old school rock and it is timeless. Brian Johnson's (singer) voice was different 25 years before this performance, but he was still rocking it out at that time. They're just a band that loves to play rock and roll, loves to feel the energy of the crowd, and loves to have a good time. RIP to Malcolm.

If I had to trade studio-clean sound for them rocking a crowd, with AC/DC I'll take rocking the crowd. With some other bands I'd prefer the studio version, but these guys are worth the slight drop in audio quality for seeing what their live show looks like.
The greatest concerts I ever went to were the two times I went to see AC/DC. Once in Toronto and once in Detroit. The most fun and best crowd you could hope for. A really high charged, but light hearted night. AC/DC really loves their fans and they show it.

I saw AC/DC back in the 90s in Texas during their Razor's Edge Tour. Best concert I ever saw. it was just one hit song after another. It was such a great concert.
AC/DC was always a live band first. This was the last full tour of the "classic" lineup from Back in Black, and the guys were pushing 60-years-old here. I'm glad I got to see this tour. I think the Shoot to Thrill performance from this concert is a banger, but I prefer the official music video for Back in Black just for its polish.

@@mangaymambol th-cam.com/video/4Ln-mqqIQUM/w-d-xo.html Yeah 💪!!!
I am 54 been listening to AC/DC seen I was 9. This is my favorite band . Concert oh you feel it
I was never a big AC/DC fan until someone brought me to a concert, They are amazing live, huge fan ever since
First big live show I ever saw.
LA guns opened for AC/DC at the Seattle coliseum . 1991 Razors edge tour.
Still to this day the loudest concert I have seen, and I have been to a lot of shows.
Here is a list that you should try:
-Let There be Rock - official video or Live at Apollo Theatre
-Whole Lotta Rosie (Live at River Plate)
-TNT (Live at River Plate)
-Riff Raff Live at Apollo Theatre
- The Jack Live at River Plate
- Its a Long Way to The Top (If you wanna Rock n Roll)
Most definitely do "It's a Long Way to the Top (If you Wanna Rock n Roll). The one with the original singer, Bon Scott and the band are on a tray truck driving through the streets of Melbourne. This is from early in their careers.
Their concerts are my favorite to have attended over the decades. Like a BIG PARTY! Nothing but good times.
Fantastic band to see live, Was lucky to have been at Donington in 1991 to see em, unforgettable experience, so much energy 🤘
As some of the other commenters have mentioned, the move the guitarist is doing is called the "duck walk," which was popularized by one of the absolute monsters of rock and roll (and some say the originator), Chuck Berry.
Got to see AC/DC live back in 2010 in New Zealand, awesome live band, the way you heard them there is how they sound, and the crowd sing with them and move with them, you should do more AC/DC for sure, great reaction by the way 👌👍🤘🤘
I went to that concert too
Seeing your genuine smiles light up your faces was magic. AC/DC has brought so much joy to me over the years, I love seeing folks discovering their music.
Saw them several times in the late 70's and 80's...kick ass, balls to the walls, rock n roll..the next day u were deaf, horse and hungover but had the greatest time.. been to around 100 concerts and they r one of the best...
When you consider that the songs are older than most of the audience, that makes it even more impressive. I doubt that today's "superstar" can do anything like that!
That’s what is amazing. These are old guys rocking! This is a band from the 80s. They were great then and haven’t slacked off at all!
@@ErinStev64 They are from the 70's with the original Lead Vocals the Legendary Bon Scott
W
And ACDC ...LET THERE BE ROCK, and FOR THOSE ABOUT TO ROCK
I remember as a kid in the late 70s when my uncle intro'd AC/DC to me, he handed me a tennis racket and we both headbanged to them. My neck hurt like a SOB the next day but it was the most fun I've had discovering a band's music. 🤘🏼
Loudest concert I ever went to and been to many many. They Rock n Roll for sure. You will leave their show Happy, Hyped, and Hard of Hearing.
Angus Young the guitarist loses 4 1/2 lbs every performance. He literally sweats it off. Not bad for 66 years old.
Saw these guys in 1976! Sold out the Tangerine Bowl downtown Orlando! Such high energy. 62 years old and still rocking to ACDC!
AC /DC were formed in Sydney, Australia, in 1973 by Scottish born brothers Malcolm and Angus Young, they are still rockin today in 2021 😀 😀
The current line up is :
Brian Johnson, 73, on vocals
Cliff Williams, 71, on bass guitar
Stevie Young, 64, on rhythm guitar
Phil Rudd, 67, on the drums
Angus Young, 66, on lead guitar
The rhythm guitarist in this video is Malcolm Young, who very sadly passed away in 2017 aged 64, due to dementia 🙏🙏
Current rhythm guitarist Stevie Young is the nephew of Angus and the late Malcolm Young!! 😀 😀
RIP, Malcolm Young, 1953 - 2017 🙏 🙏
One of the things I love about some of these classic bands is at their live shows they have generations of fans there. Young and old
06:20 Angus guitar stepping there is a tribute to Chuck Berry, one of the original rock guitarists.
Chuck is King 👑
I've had the pleasure of seeing them on 4 different concert tours!!! They ALWAYS bring the energy and the crowd is always electric!!!
Brian has one of the most iconic voices in rock history!
This is ACDC after 30 years of touring already, try their first performances live wise, you'll freak OUT how powerful Brian's vocals are back then 💯💯💯💯💯
Well he has a lifetime of wrecking his voice.
200k is the total for all three shows, there were about 65,000 at each show.
And I love that so many in the crowd were so young.
@@vickiroman189 Yes, that really say's alot about what type of entertainers they are, they have a career that has spanned 50 + yrs and in 20-21 released a new album
200 k in 3 diferent shows on december 2009 and yes there were buildings near the stadium that shake and crack walls so they banned concerts in river after this shows
Yes it’s a football (soccer) ground, that of River Plate in the first division of Argentina. The whole concert is amazing.
My favorite A/C D/C song
Angus and his "Chuck Berry" moves!
The most hype song at all sporting events 💯🔥
Angus, the lead guitarist was a Schoolboy when the band formed and often turned up in uniform to practice. He kept the uniform as a signature item. Phil Rudd was a drumming animal - during recording sessions he would wreck his snare drum and they would always have to have a replacement on hand.
Loving your exposure to different genres of music! The reactions you show are as classic as the music you are experiencing
I often set the house to play this genre when my g-kids visit - their reactions to "that old stuff" are as awesome as yours
I can’t believe how popular this video got. Ive been a fan for so long and even seen them in concert but, this particular song doesn’t even make my top 10 ACDC list. Happy tho, for the recognition they still get.
Argentinian rock concerts are nuts. The crowds are amazing
AC/DC puts on an amazing show! I seen them years ago, one of the best concerts i have even been to. The energy is crazy!!! if u are a fan, u know all the songs and its gets pretty crazy and wild...u will enjoy their songs!
several of their songs have been in movies this song was in battleship as they are getting the mighty MO ready for battle
Angus Young the guitarist is a GOAT!! He does the " Duck Walk" inspired by Chuck Berry. Please check out Skid Row " I Remember You " official video, y'all will love it!!
I second your comments, on both counts.
plus skid row wasted time and more. what a voice
What’s awesome is that it’s a young crowd, another generation enjoying AC/DC. Their music is timeless
It's time for you all to go experience a live rock concert. There's nothing like it !!😃😃
Yeah, before they are all gone.
Acdc YOU SHOOK ME ALL NIGHT LONG.
When was this performance??? These boys must've been rocking for decades by this point and they still absolutely kill it
2009
And this is about 25 years after the song originally came out. They are insane live. Canadian Grandma Lori. C.
Saw AC/DC live in Dublin Ireland last week! Wat a fantastic night it was!🤘
@@igorabasjidze1194
I am so glorious. I saw them in their younger years, but I would love to see them again even at 60 years old. Beautiful. Canadian Grandma Lori. C.
When you go to an AC/DC show by the end of the concert you have lost 5 lbs. It's non-stop dancing and energy.
lol
Buemos Aires, Argentina...their crowds are LEGENDARY!!! Every band that has ever played there agrees that its the best place to play. There are more videos JUST about the crowds down there!! You should react to one!!✌
That move Agnus did during the solo is known as the "duck walk"
Chuck Berry’s duck walk Respect
Lol really? Thats awesome
Those stands are bustin with Fans from the early days, their children and their grandchildren. From the first time I saw them to their last tour I went from a baby faced GI to seven grandkids.
Love your guys’ channel and reacts! You guys would be fun to hang out with and have a drink. BJ is so chill, and Asia has the prettiest smile! Peace and happiness 🤘
This was the first song AC/DC played during the first concert I ever went to. You could literally feel the bass go right through you from the speakers during the song.
Gotta do "Shoot to Thrill" at RiverPlate. Pure fire!
When a hundred thousand people start jumping it must show on all seismographs all over the world. Goosebumps!
Context: "River Plate" is a stadium in Argentina. Those fans aren't Americans, and their native language isn't English....
All three days of that concert I saw people from around the world. The Argentinian people were so friendly. Yes I was there with my kids and some Army buddies.
Ac/Dc did like four hours each night.
I've seen all kinds of bands live, no one can beat them on a live show, the energy they had was amazing. Angus never quit moving
You guys gotta check out the official music video. Live versions are never as clean. Especially if you've never heard the song before. And this one's a banger.
If I had to trade studio-clean sound for them rocking a crowd, with AC/DC I'll take rocking the crowd. With some other bands I'd prefer the studio version, but these guys are worth the slight drop in audio quality for seeing what their live show looks like.
Loved your takes on this!
When the crowd starts jumping up and down, it reminds me of a pot on the stove that is about to boil over.
Simply fantastic!
The greatest concerts I ever went to were the two times I went to see AC/DC. Once in Toronto and once in Detroit. The most fun and best crowd you could hope for. A really high charged, but light hearted night. AC/DC really loves their fans and they show it.
I've been to 4 AC/DC concerts and each one was absolutely incredible
Asia, you hit that on the head about concerts back in the 60s/70s. As soon as you passed through that gate or door, it was ANYTHING GOES. It was like traveling to the hippie dimension.
I wish I could turn back the hands of time. Excellent beautiful. No words does this justice
One of the greatest openers ever. The energy at that show was crazy. Nothing like it. You have no idea how loud that is too. Rock
ACDC is the best concert experience ever i have seen them over 30 times and they get better every time.
I am born and raised in Sarasota, FL. My Junior year of highschool Brian Johnson, the lead singer of AC//DC moved here. He is a great guy and I have actually had a few alcoholic beverages with him and the band here and there
River Plate Argentina. The whole concert is amazing!! Argentinian fans are the hardest core rock fans!! AC/DC were in their 50’s and 60’s in this video!!
AC/DC were even wilder in their younger years. Lots of concert vids! Crazy!
