Could someone write a few words about the flute? What is a "Renaissance traverso"? This one seems to have a cylindrical bore (instead of a tapering one, as in the 18th century) and the material seems to be thin, like metal, rather than wood, which was generally much thicker.

Cylindrical,wood, no keys, hard to play in keys remote from its home key. Very hard to play the half tone above the lowest note, you have to half hole it. With my tenor, I have to half hole for the upper a. So not as versatile as later flutes, but beautiful as you can hear.

@@toddsterben6647Thank you so much for your comment! Yes, indeed it is quite tricky to play this instrument outside the modal system, but for the music of its time and in the traditional "tonalities" (one flat/nothing in the key signatures) it works just fine.

Ez egy nagyon fontos téma mert rengeteg hasonló előtetőt és pavilont építenek. A legnagyobb gond, hogy a csapolásokat igyekeznek megspórolni, mert a régiek a faszegeket a csapok rögzítésére használták miután azok a csapfészkekbe illetve az aljazásokba kerültek, nem volt tartószerkezeti szerepük. A csavarozás sajnos a képeken látott módon teljesen hibás. A régiek is rendelkeztek csavarokkal, ácskapcsokkal de a csapolásokat megcsinálták. Ma, a rendelet szerint, mindent épület-tartószerkezeti munkához tervet kell készíttetni, így a faszerkezetekhez is ! Érdemes lenne ezt a témát jó példákkal népszerűsíteni !
