When I turned 40 in December I stopped eating meat, dairy and eggs. My back and knee “noises” and random aches disappeared. My menstrual also got lighter and easier, and dark circles that were under my eyes went away. My body feels youthful.
Did you lose weight?
@@dianemarie4399 Yes. Primarily because of the increased fiber intake. Another reason I lost weight and inadvertently ended up with my tummy shrinking in size (still ongoing) is I started substituting my starches. For example, instead of potatoes I eat yucca.

Yes! That’s what I keep hearing, youth is based on health. If you simply change your diet it will add years and sometimes reverse illness. Congratulations! 🎉 I wish you all continuous success in health❤️❤️❤️
@Tiffany Favray - this is so ironic! I just watched a video that my Pastor’s wife talked about her weight los journey. She saw an endocrinologist and found out that she had to change her diet; eating only berries and cutting out sugars; eating for her blood type, etc. Needless to say, she found that she was allergic to a lot of foods and most of them caused her to retain water (bloating) and her hormones affected her weight loss as well. I’m definitely going to contact my PCP to get started.

I love Vivica's heart. She is the type of Leo that reminds me of Whitney Houston's heart, how she took care of so many of the young black singers. Of course, all of you are fabulous in your own ways. Do you all conduct background research!? Janet had a piercing!!! It wasn’t a pasty. There were two pieces of fabric on the breast piece. The top layer, the patent leather was supposed to come off leaving the pink piece of fabric underneath! The ending phrase of the song was “bet I’ll have you naked by the end of this song.” The wardrobe stylist is suggesting that it wasn’t accidental on Justin’s part. He intentionally removed both pieces of fabric. Now we have a motive! He was jealous of the media attention his ex received so he purposely removed both pieces of fabric to expose Janets breast without her consent. He sacrificed her for publicity and an ego trip.
