Y'all forgot about Michael Ealy. He's been quiet for awhile but he's certainly has a significant body of work as a light skinned black man in Hollywood.
Even he kinda boxed himself into a corner, being only cast as the lover boy, either the struggling dude or the broke guy or maybe the cheating husband or the one being dumped. And now recently a stalker in same lover boy movies. He really needs to branch out. He's stuck in his fine eyes cute face cast and as he ages, the beauty is beginning to fade. We need to get into mainstream, just saying🤷🏾♀️

Typically colorism effects dark-skin women and light-skin men though. Dark-skin is seen as masculine and aggressive while light-skin is seen as soft and feminine. Therefore light-skin men are usually hurt by this. How many times have you heard someone say that light-skin men are soft or weak? Ask a black woman who she wants and she will say tall, dark and handsome
