Yes, I also choose pile 1 and I’m studying creative art therapy this year. I feel so in tune with my creativity because I’ve been doing these simple practices, one that really helped me was in Pat Allen’s book ‘Art is a way of Knowing’, and what she recommends you do is 10 scribble drawings, just drawing and not drawing anything recognisable. #2 I have had a life of struggle and betrayal. Most of it spent feeling desperate and trapped. I am presently working out a plan to help others who are struggling to find their place. To give them a space for respite, away from whatever stresses they are going through. With a market garden, a shop and perhaps a small animal rescue/sanctuary. That's the first and more difficult step towards a new life. Congratulations that you already did it.! When l broke the relationship with my ex, l used to view Channels in you tube that they talked about toxic relationship, narcisist people ... I always joke saying that l did a Master on line about that issue because l spent months trying to understand the root of why my ex behaved like that. That was the first part of my journey, to go deep to study him. I used to post my experience in those Channels and l think it were those posts that could have helped people who were in the same situation as me to get the strength and wisdom to be able to walk away and the most important never go back. As l said to "study my ex" was the first step, latter things develop to "study myself" and see the reasons why l put up with a toxic relationship. In my case was not the first one so l reached the conclusion that that was saying a lot about myself. So, it was there when l, by doing a lot of insight work, went into a deep journey of self knowledge. Often that trip also takes you to an spiritual awakening and you start to understand that this people were ment to be there to show you something very deep inside yourself. A shadow that has to be worked, as the co-dependence in relationship s or a lack in self respect, and that's why you find people that neither respect you.... could be many things, and only our personal inner work can find out. The moment you respect and love yourself you will not allow anyone to treat you disrespectful. Now l take care of my inner child and often l apologize to her for the way l treated her or allowed others to treat her. Pile 3 I was always the black sheep of the family and had a huge connection to faith and spirituality as a Catholic until my teens then as a pagan in my late twenties to currently. I post alot on social media about what I've learned and how I've grown between disability and having very little financial resources available in my last 15yrs in LA and being brought up in an authoritarian parenting style home. I believe we choose certain parameters to shape who we become with a specific purpose and plan, and of course not all works out as planned even with the contingency plans and there's the free will of others of course, but some are "broken" into a place of empathy and an ability to connect with forces outside 3D perception. I was a communicator most of my working life, a journalist from the age of 19 and recently published a book. But I know my destiny lies elsewhere. I have always been drawn to counselling, and all my friends come to me for solace saying "you are my guru." I feel deeply for humanity and want to take away people's pain. #2 I have had a life of struggle and betrayal. Most of it spent feeling desperate and trapped. I am presently working out a plan to help others who are struggling to find their place. To give them a space for respite, away from whatever stresses they are going through. With a market garden, a shop and perhaps a small animal rescue/sanctuary. But I now work with an organization that advocates for CHANGE , TRUTH, AND HELP for military veterans, military , and their families. My husband (and many family members were military) and the promise made when entering is that there will be help and care AFTER. It's part of the contract that is rarely upheld. Those things caused the death of my father and husband! This organization has a political component (that I AVOID) but I now spend my time fighting for those with no voice, stand for those who cannot, and hold accountable those who promised to be there! @@Himarii17 good morning, l am very sorry that you also had to live the experience of a toxic relationship. I am very glad to hear that you already ended it. That's the first and more difficult step towards a new life. Congratulations that you already did it.! When l broke the relationship with my ex, l used to view Channels in you tube that they talked about toxic relationship, narcisist people ... I always joke saying that l did a Master on line about that issue because l spent months trying to understand the root of why my ex behaved like that. That was the first part of my journey, to go deep to study him. I used to post my experience in those Channels and l think it were those posts that could have helped people who were in the same situation as me to get the strength and wisdom to be able to walk away and the most important never go back. As l said to "study my ex" was the first step, latter things develop to "study myself" and see the reasons why l put up with a toxic relationship. In my case was not the first one so l reached the conclusion that that was saying a lot about myself. So, it was there when l, by doing a lot of insight work, went into a deep journey of self knowledge. Often that trip also takes you to an spiritual awakening and you start to understand that this people were ment to be there to show you something very deep inside yourself. A shadow that has to be worked, as the co-dependence in relationship s or a lack in self respect, and that's why you find people that neither respect you.... could be many things, and only our personal inner work can find out. The moment you respect and love yourself you will not allow anyone to treat you disrespectful. Now l take care of my inner child and often l apologize to her for the way l treated her or allowed others to treat her. Hope my words could be of help and will encourage you to love yourself in such a way that you will never allow anyone to mistreat you.

I was always the black sheep of the family and had a huge connection to faith and spirituality as a Catholic until my teens then as a pagan in my late twenties to currently. I post alot on social media about what I've learned and how I've grown between disability and having very little financial resources available in my last 15yrs in LA and being brought up in an authoritarian parenting style home.
I believe we choose certain parameters to shape who we become with a specific purpose and plan, and of course not all works out as planned even with the contingency plans and there's the free will of others of course, but some are "broken" into a place of empathy and an ability to connect with forces outside 3D perception. I've only worked retail but have felt trapped and unable to pursue a life of spiritual vocation a (esp as a pagan) due to location and gender.
For now I coexist in the material&capitalistic model to survive, the spiritual to heal, grow and teach, and the liminal to be of service

Blessings happen everyday. Never lose hope. Believe everything had it purpose and you are here for a purpose.
I was diagnosed with a tumor on my pituitary and for 12 years my adrenal gland did not work. My body could not produce cortisol, an hormone necessary to life. It is called Addison disease! A rare and critical illness. Earlier this year, the tumor had disappeared .... completely! My doctors think that my adrenal glands had restarted to produce cortisol on their own. I am now going through that investigation.
Most importantly, do believe that miracle happen! And for me belief is not the forced notion of a wish. It 8s to live as if it has already materialize. I did not spend 12 years thinking of the tumor on my brain. I concentrated on living. The tumor must have felt lonely in indeed it may have thought that it was in the wrong brain. I did not pay attention to it. Well. It left without surgery or even medication!

Pile 2 word to word. Is an accurate rendering of my life. I am both a lawyer and a teacher, educator. I have freed myself when the sacrifices became untainable and my goal is to empower people to get themselves out of their difficult situations. 8 do so with word, communication and teaching. From lawyer I pivoted to education as I believe in reaching more people rather than one client at the time.
I do have a way with words and communication. I do not seem to ever speak lightely. It quickly goes deep abd straight to the point. Like water my words enter in crevasses of people's mind. Piles #2&3 I’m about to merge the fields of mental/physical health and spirituality because they are inextricably linked and not understanding that nearly cost me my life. My purpose is suicide prevention. In 2020 I automatically wrote for the first time and the last line said “the world’s going to know your name.” In January 2023 I met a woman visiting the US visiting from South Africa and she said those exact same words to me.
