This is why I love Shaykh Uthman he is knowledge and confident but also has a great sense of humor.
I began questioning my Christian faith when I walked into St Peters in Rome and also explored more of the Vatican. The riches were beyond belief and I wondered what this had to do with God and Jesus. Surely God did not need this idolisation, with gold and a very large rich building. I read and researched and discovered how corrupted the bible had become and turned to Buddhism. Now I'm in limbo .....as Buddhism is for me incomplete and basically a philosophy of how to live your life. Albeit it is a very peaceful way of living with compassion for all life. Somehow I feel it is insufficient in many ways . Sheik Uthman is a kind and compassionate person and his knowledge is remarkable. Thank you for enlightening me like no other has.

Even though I am a Muslim and quite knowledgeable in Islamic issues - I thought Islam in university - I still find this Shaikh's approach to explaining various topics with simplicity, humility and respect. I wish I lustened to him when I was young but then having retired from academia I realise I am much older than him. He is a good model for all daees to make their dawa more effective. .

you are the only muslim i ran into that speaks well i can hear you clearly and appears to very educated. i mean the speaker on this video Farooq i think. i am a christian and i dont go to church or hang out with chrsitians either they speak boring stuff or basic stuff or they are clicky i serve god alone actually i am a loner and Noah in bible is my greatest passage i read alot because i think he was a loner in many ways in that time. but again i do listen to you a bit. i have listen to other muslim speakers and they didnt influence my with their sayings as well as many other christians or other religions.

Something about him is really likeable. He questions everything he reads but with a pure intention of getting an answer and not as a way to mock. There are lots out there who put forward questions just to create a hostile environment and when answered will not accept it.

One aspect I have seen is people that learn about Islam and even accept it or believe it is true. These same people believe seeking the truth is like shopping at a mall. I don’t want this or I like this.
When the truth has been understood, u are not shopping or seeing if you feel good about truth. Truth is truth and when you find it you must submit. Maybe your not ready but it is not an option to accept truth vs not to accept truth.

Dear sheikh just some suggestions if its possible give the people a mic because we can't hear what they say but with difficulty.Also you use Arabic words it would be better to translate them in English especially the word islam which scares most of them because they don't know. May Allah grant you the highest of jannah for all you do for islam.
