@@johnzuma4688 brother you got it confused, yes Prophet Muhammad SAW did pray towards Jerusalem, and at that time period the Kaaba had 360 idols but when Prophet Muhammad SAW was ordered by Allah Azzawajal was commanded to switch places in which they face to pray, the moment Muhammad Saw captured Mecca, he destroyed their 360 idols. And Muslims don’t worship the black cube known as the Kaaba. We just pray towards that area for god not for the cube
@@johnzuma4688 ok, during the 17 months to the migration of madina, Prophet Muhammad SAW was praying to Jerusalem and before that’s, once he reached madina was when the verse was revealed in the second Juz, in which he turned to pray towards the Kaaba. Now yes in those 5 years, the conquest of Mecca or 80th hijri, now the idols were INDIDE the Kaaba it’s a cure with walls, no human can see through walls and he didn’t know and just prayed as he was commanded but God is all knowing, he told Muhammad to go to Medina and pray towards Jerusalem so the Jews around them wouldn’t be angry and potentially hurt the sahaba and The Rasul SAW. Now 5 years from that, once the Kaaba was captured the moment the prophet peace and blessing be upon him went inside, he and the other sahaba destroyed the idols and disposed off. As we know he wasn’t there at that time and even if he knew there was idols at the beginning, it’s the intention that matters your not praying to the Kaaba or the idols your praying to Allah. Ok if you still are confused on that I’ll explain a bit more but I have one question, I’m having this conversation as a way to learn more not to win, but who was the father of Jesus and wife of Mary?

35:44 the young woman says she's already convinced the Bible is the truth, when she hasn't read anything else. When I was a Christian, I similarly thought it was the absolute truth; but because I hadn't researched any other religion. When I did that research, with an open mind and heart, I found Islam to be the truth, with no contradictions and a view of Allah that was grander than any view I'd seen before. In shaAllah people do more research and honestly search for themselves.

Either he’s gotten softer than he was 5-10 years ago and is possibly on the verge of coming closer to Islam (of course this wouldn’t sit well with his audience), or he’s a coward who’ll be vicious to Islam and Muslims beside the scenes but he’ll be their best friend in person. InshaAllah, it’s the former.

1. Blessed be He Who sent down the criterion (of right and wrong, i.e. this Qur'an) to His slave (Muhammad ) that he may be a warner to the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns).
2. He to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and Who has begotten no son (children or offspring) and for Whom there is no partner in the dominion. He has created everything, and has measured it exactly according to its due measurements.

Sheikh Uthman gets the last word! He never forgets to summarize the message of Islam in the most concise and beautiful manner. His last words about Islam will never cease to dwell in the memory of his interlocutor simply because they come as the final fruit of the entire conversation. Uthman to my mind is the greatest Muslim preacher since the late marhoom Ahmed Deedat. Thank you Sheikh Uthman.

That's not how Islam works.
Everything that you want to do is first checked against the proofs from authentic sources, and only carried out when there are no conflicts, or there is proof that it was done by the pious predecessors.
Even when it IS carried out, it is done so in a way that matches the methodology of the pious predecessors EXACTLY, so that there is no deviation in the slightest from the straight path.

I am a revert to Islam 27 years ago. I am a woman.
I became Muslim because the belief is in ONE true God, who CANNOT, I REPEAT, CANNOT be seen , replicated as an idol/ statue or an image. God is so glorious He is beyond what any of His creation can perceive, imagine or contain in thought, or any visual, audio or any other means.
The main tenents of islam:
* obligatory prayer 5 times a day
* belief in all the prophets
* belief I punishment and reward and hence he'll and heaven
* obligatory charity: 2.5 % of excess wealth
* obligatory fasting
* prohibition 🚫 of
** intoxicants: drugs, alcohol, etc
** promiscuity: sex before marriage
** immodest dress: near nakedness, and tight-fitting garments
** usury: lending of money on interest
** gambling
All of the above serve to cultivate a healthy, functioning and flourishing society.
When questions arose for me that seemed doubtful, I did my research and not gave my limited opinion. I also sought for answers in prayer to the Almighty.

Salam. Every time I watch one of brother Uthman’s videos it makes me so proud to be a Muslim. The fact that he is knowledgeable, has great social skills and is very respectful shows that our religion is a religion of peace, knowledge and wisdom. You can tell the women in the video towards the end became very humble and they know he is right but they have went to deep to admit they’re wrong. In reality, their hearts were penetrated with the truth and they will ponder on it when they’re alone not on camera. Brother Uthman is very down to earth and has a great personality of kindness and respect. Allah guides whom he will and let’s go astray whom he will. Actually, the Syakh can tell, and it happens to all christians, that in their heart they were agreeing to the examples that was given to them, it’s just their beliefs that’s hindering them from accepting the truth, this is how brainwashing takes place, by their church fathers.

Agreed. The line between good and bad is blurred, and there is only this “moderate” belief that serves as their foundation of life. This so-called “strong” foundation of theirs allows the criminal, murderer, rapist, the different, like, etc. to enter Heaven in the next life only from the simple acceptance of a false belief. This gives Christians false hope in this life and in the next.

I actually find that quite admirable about them. It’s like Sheikh Deedat used to say, Allah asks us in the Quran to invite the people of the book but we are all at home sleeping. Imaging if we all went out and started inviting them to Islam, the conversion rate would multiply by thousands.
