Netflix contributed to improve the quality of drama of the world. Thailand took advantage of this trend. Very clever.
Not really it’s Netflix who took advantage of the Asian dramas frenzy to attract viewers cause the Netflix superheroes, teen movies and killers/narcos shows were getting old 😂

Don’t listen to the negative comments. The series is “A Must Watch”. It’s currently #1 in 7 countries for a reason! A roller-coaster ride with twists and turn. But a very justified ending!!
but, they got only 1M views… don’t waste time on it i think so. In India m like to watch those movies… whose trailer has crossed 50M+ views just on trailer… it mean they have something good in movies that’s why got that much views… anyway it’s my opinion!

@@ericsaxton1997 In my experience the darker and better Thai shows are being produced for streaming services like Netflix. The terrestrial TV shows "Lakorn" are still pretty bad with a few exceptions like Love Destiny which took more of the comedic route.
Most the shows on normal Thai TV are still love melodramatic love triangles with females fighting over lead males, what Thais call Lakorn Nam Nao.
I just finished watching this. This series had the most satisfying ending I've ever seen. The ending reminds me soo much of The Girl From Nowhere, I love this soo much

Predictable ending my rate 5/10
This series is not recommended for people with sensitive minds because the whole story and every episode will have scenes that can make you depressed. But this story reflects the lives of rich people in a way that we never knew before well.
True..I've already finished watched this. I can stop feeling shocked during the movie. but like you said, it's not suitable for sensitive minds. And we have to prepare our mind keep in sane. 😂 Not insane hehehe
Having just completed episode 1, I'm quite impressed. The Director of Photography and the individual in charge of selecting which elements to film, where to focus, the transitions, the music, and the sound choices have all done an exceptional job. They've effectively conveyed the tension within the house and the characters' craziness.
Thai drama and movies have been very execellenr for long time but people don’t really see it.
At first, I was so sick of all the abuse, but the twist is worth watching. Blown my mind! 10/10 ❤️

This was one of the best series I’ve seen in a while. First few episodes will piss you off though
I enjoyed it. Although there is a lot of criticism from people who don’t understand it. The drama is an eyeopener. We get to see how the ultra-rich snobs treat the Helps.
The rich are cruel, cold-hearted, and pure sickening monsters. They think they can sweep every bad deeds they do under the rug.
However, justice will be served. The drama delivers in the end with an awe-wow satisfaction, leaving you wanting more.
OMG. What a Masterpiece. All Scenes has been made delicately. I had been thrilled since beginning till the end.

THIS LOOKS SO GOOD.
I didn't know Thailand had a system of slavery. If that's not the case, why would someone endure such humiliation and abuse while working for such a cruel person? Are they earning a million a year or something?
The idea is that those servants are very poor and really need the money. However, it’s obviously a a TV series. In reality, no human being would endure such humiliation for a paycheck.
In Thai if you have no money, no job, and no choices, your life can feel like slavery. In this movie, they are just servants. Some might end up being mistresses.
In real life, some people sell their bodies and live lives much more like slaves than anything depicted in this movie.
You will be even more surprised than that. 😢😢😢😢
In this movie, the servant earns 70,000 THB (about $2000) monthly.
Meanwhile, a prostitute can earn $3000 and may not have to work as long. Some prostitutes don’t know how to increase their value and end up earning less than that. That’s why one of the servants who had been a prostitute didn’t run away.
No começo eu estava com muita raiva pelos abusos e sofrimentos das meninas, mais no decorrer da série e a reviravolta é incrível, ver a justiça eu recomendo essa série. ❤❤❤

This LAKORN drama is definitely up there, the insanity is to the roof, it is hard not to gain sympathy for all the servant. Dang, kaimook is dream boat, so beautiful i can't take my eyes from her. no wonder the master is wifing her. lol. anyway. yes the production quality for this drama is just up there, the suspense and thrill also very very good. not as scary as sleepless society. this drama is more like Game of thrones with a thai setting. must watch for all thai lover

The filmography and score are so homogeneously and perfunctorily “Netflix”. I wish the score would incorporate more Thai elements. The actors and their acting skills are histrionically unrealistic and over the top (mostly attributed to the scripts and directions, as opposed to their intrinsically superb acting skills ). The protagonist and the wife of the oldest heir stood out from the rest.

Great show, except for one thing. The daughter of the eldest son got off too easy. Although the entire family deserved to have karma catch up to them, I didn't want anyone to die. However, I think it's pretty weird that the daughter got off easy when everyone else either died or went through hell. Did the son of Mavin die?
