Its legalities and the restriction of Air Force boundary wall upto how many meters is their. Is their any new GR coming for construction around boundry of Air Force quater area. Has Khese Park been declared a resdintial zone? What approvals are required for construction in Khese Park? Property rates are already high so as per percentage government is getting lots of tax money. Even in pune 1% metro cess applicable which is not required
Pls someone explain when to pay stamp duty and registration charges . As per my knowledge we pay during aggreement and amount pay directly to gov site . In my case , rera has come for project and now builder is asking to transfer stamp duty and registration fees in developer account. Please explain . I have doubt .

Yes it is paid at time of agreement and not before that. Ur builder is fooling u and trying to get money.
